Back To Normal....Thank Goodness!!!

Now that my blog is all beautiful again....tee hee hee

I can get back to some serious posting...

Like.....let's see...

BAKING!!!!!

Yes....baking...

Have not done any for almost 6 weeks...

And I am anxious to get flour all over me...

And make some tasty cakes....crisps....pies....and breads....

While I was grocery shopping today....

With Vivian.....I might add!!!!

I picked up some creamy lovely Buttermilk.....yummmm...

And 2 cartons of fresh blueberries....

So that I can bake me some Buttermilk-Blueberry Breakfast Cake....

Just like this one....pictured below....that I baked last summer....

Ohhhhhh...and it is GOOD!!!!

My other favorite is my lemon- banana-blueberry loaf...

I cheat on this one...

Use a boxed lemon cake mix...

Add my thawed bananas and blueberries from the freezer....

Top it off with fat-free yogurt...

Add some fresh berries...

Delicious with a nice cup of tea!!!

I will also make the Apple Pie Bread....

Remember you all went wild over that....

It is a lot of steps...

And ingredients...

But.....

Oh....

So....

Worth the effort!!!

Hope you all had a great day....

Not too bad weatherwise....at least it was sunny!!!

Took Vivian grocery shopping with me....good as gold!!!

     On the menu tonight.....

Fresh Ocean perch....baked in a crispy panko crust...

            French Fries.....and Brocolli....

              Fresh baby spinach salad....

well.....I am so glad I fixed my blog....I like things "just so" in my life...

            Enjoy your evening.....

                    Cheers!    :o)

I'm trying so hard to cut out sweets, sugar and flour to lose weight and then I see all these goodies on your post! Good thing you're there and I'm here is all I can say. Hehe. I'd be inviting myself over to join you and to help you eat these goodies. :) Have fun baking!
