  1. Warm here...like summer. Your cottage is lovely. This is more than I had seen before..what a view. so much lush green. Green makes me happy. Thanks for the advice for my tin box..holes and gravel. I had thought I would need to do something. Dinner sounds good...we're going to Eat and Pray and it's my turn to bring a salad..so it's going to have everything fresh and yummy in it...I love using up all my fruits and veggies in a salad.
Took a break from packing today... baked cookies instead. Good trade. Hugs and Smiles

  7. Wow Linda, everything looks so good!! I love seeing your garden. The hosta is enormous, I wish that I could grow hostas that looked like that, we get a few leaves mostly with holes eaten into them, nothing like this. Yours are amazing. We are apparently forecast thunder and storms in the next couple of days, but don't feel that you have to send them on to us, we won't mind if you don't! xx

  8. The gardens to you cottage are huge - a lot of work for you and the b/f - no wonder you are both so fit and eat so well and you look so happy. I expect the grass alone talks a while to cut and all the edges. lovely place :)

    1. Hi Eddie...
We have nearly an acre...so...YES! Lots of gardens!
When we bought it, there were no garden beds at all...but lots of Maple trees....
We planted about 15 evergreens....and tons of perennials!
The boyfriend is fit....I am NOT! Hahaha!
And...for the record....I do the edging and whipping!

  12. Really windy in Northern Michigan last few days with some heavy rains. Mosquitos have "numbers" on their tails they are so huge. Can't get outside to do any yard work without getting absolutely covered in them, even with repellant. Wish Noah hadn't brought two of those on board ......

Cottage looks beautiful ... so enjoy your pictures ;-) Linda

Plenty of rain here and roads flooded in places, that's happening in between the sunshine - very odd weather.
