Hydrangea...Phlox & Tiny Bird Houses.....

The Hydrangea in my back yard at home, is a Limelight...

Starts out small and lime green...

Gradually gets larger and turns a lovely soft green...

 The Hydrangea at the cottage...

Is a standard pee gee white...

Starts out pale green...and gradually turns white...

see the daddy-long-legs!

I have a nice clump of white Phlox...

Gets bigger every year...

Best photographed late in the afternoon...

And after a rain!

Check out these sweet tiny birdhouses my daughter Lissa painted for me♥️

Have to find the perfect spot...

I almost want to keep them for inside the cottage!!

Hope you all had a great day...

Another kinda muggy one here...very breezy...can feel the cold front moving in now...

Temps high tomorrow , only 19*c....way below seasonal...

Supposed to warm up on the weekend...

                 Enjoy your evening...

Got my hair cut this morning...always too short...but...it will grow!

What kind of mischief did you get into today??

                         Do tell..........

                       Cheers! :o)

  6. Your gardens are enchanting. I hope they're surviving this vicious wind... or maybe it's calm and cool at your place.
Love the little bird houses. Don't some small birds live inside the cottage?

  8. Your blooms are so lovely. Do you every dry them?
I adore the tiny bird houses. Must have been tedious for her to paint them.
I got a haircut yesterday, and yep, it's too short. At least it feels good in GA's heat/humidity.
    Have a good night. Mildred

    1. Hi Mildred....long time no see!
Yes I do dry them...and I find the best way, is cut them....enjoy them in water, then simply empty the water, leave them in the vase, and the dry quite nicely!
Thanks for stopping by....I hate haircuts! Hahaha!

  9. The grandkids were here on Wednesday ... no computer time, just tea parties, checkers, playdoh, searching through old toys, and play, play, play. It sure was windy yesterday and today is much, much cooler ... might even need a sweater!
