I Picked A Few Peonies For You.......♥️

Hope you are all enjoying the last of the Holiday Season...

It has been so grey...snowy...damp and wet here...

I thought perhaps a few delightful PEONIES would brighten the mood....

Nothing much going on around here...actually...pretty darn dull!

Had a blizzard yesterday...freezing rain last night...warmer temps today...Plummeting tonight!

Wonder what we will wake up to?

Still haven't made it out to the cottage...perhaps tomorrow...

Have  some spaghetti sauce bubbling...got out for some crusty bread and fresh lettuce...

                             Will have that for dinner...

                                          Downton Abbey tonight!

Now...if only I could remember what happened last season!! hahaha!

                           Enjoy your evenng...

                                  Cheers! :o)

  5. Miserable weekend for the weather. It finally stopped and we got out and cleared the driveway.
I watched the last episode of Downton's last series last week to bring me up to date. Looking forward to the double episode tonight.
Cooked a yummy beef stew in the slow cooker ... I love all day cooking :)
Worked at cleaning the back basement (again) finally getting down to the last few of my school boxes after 3.5 years :)
Hoping tomorrow is sunny as it is supposed to be cold, can put up with the cold if the sun is out.

  9. Peonies remind me of hot summer days. These are lovely and thank you for the pick-me-up. We are covered in snow here and freezing rain over-night expected. Temps are dropping tonight. I'm already done with winter. Enjoy Downton Abby tonight. Deb

  13. Our weather has been exactly the same. That's odd considering the miles between us.

Looking forward to some relaxing time after having my daughter in law's baby shower this Saturday. A week of craziness ahead.

  17. The bus stop was bitter this morning. Emma and I waited in the van rather than shiver in the biting wind.
What a change from yesterday's mild temperatures and drizzling rain!

  18. Thanks for the peonies, lovely. I'm a Downton Abbey fan too. The first episode last night was great. One of your other blog followers mentioned Last Tango in Halifax which is another great show. But I have a feeling that it might not be renewed for us Canadians, hope I'm wrong. Have a nice rest of the day and stay warm, LSK. :)
