I love writing in the sand. Yes, can you believe it's August. We have a friend from Texas visiting, and when he leaves next week we are heading to Oregon to see Jill and Tristan. Your photos are always to inviting. Thanks for the lovelies. Hugs.
Hi Linda, Happy August to you. Weather deplorable here but hopefully better tomorrow. I am seiously thinking of building an ark or metamorphosing into a fish . . . lol. Trying to get on with making daughter's garden nicer, adding a curved step feature and retaining walling to tier it and make it all accessible and safe. Will do a post on it soon. Your feet are still nice . . . . better than the geyser's who lives with you! . . . hahaha! Cheers, Eddie . . :)
Very hot and steamy..out w/ Lucas yesterday and came home elated but drained.lol..oppressive but lovely lol..love your Inukshuks..sp?:)Our aunt Bernice collected that greenish pottery I forget the name..what memories..pretty vignettes as always Linda:)
Wonderful photos Linda . It has been very steamy that's for sure and all the rain that has been about has totally missed us and we were as dry as a bone here , thankfully we are having some rain and thunderstorms here today we need the rain badly . I cant believe it is August already I don't know where the moths go to be honest just to darn fast now a days . ! Thanks for sharing have a good long weekend !
I love making rock piles at the lake... or I did when we still had a lake shore. Not sure what's left of the rock beach down at the park. The water levels are so high and boulders that were brought in a few years back to slow the erosion have totally changed the landscape. Kind of sad. Maybe I'll have to visit the"other lake" some day and build my inuksuks there. :0)
I can't believe it's August already either. How time flies. Your pictures are beautiful, as always. I wish I could sit in your yard and watch the water.
Happy August Linda - wow, only four months and we can fly over there :) Hot and steamy Ontario - you do have extremes of weather. That birdhouse is the business, and white hydrangeas make me drool! enjoy the season and the lake.
HI Blue! Long time no see! We are roasting over here... But you are right...it does beat Alaska! But....it is beautiful up there! Hope you are well....
