Hi everyone!
Boyfriend and I safe and sound at home...
Drove 2 11 hour days...one sleep in Knoxville Tennessee...
Weather was good all the way...except for a wee bit of fog and rain...
Getting nicely settled back into our routine...
Had visitors on Saturday...loved that! tee hee hee ♥️
Saturday weather was glorious!! 17*c...sunny and warm...
Now....rain for a few days...that's ok...good for the garden!!
These Geranium blooms greeted me on my windowsill...
Still blooming since coming inside months ago...

Been working on another crochet project...for Easter...for Miss V...

I had purchased this cute bunny before I went away...
She is sitting on my desk...next to a pic of Miss V...
I think she will be perfect tucked into a wee crocheted Easter basket!

I have lots to keep me busy inside...
Chicken soup from the freezer bubbling away for lunch...yum!!

I have not been feeling up to par the last few days...
I think this roller-coaster weather is starting to get to me...
Is it hot and humid???
Is it cloudy and rainy???
Is it crispy and cool???
Anyhoo...
I pulled myself up by my bootstraps...
Got into my gym clothes...
Dragged my sorry arse over to Fitness...
Had a great time!!
Saw all the girls!!!
Went out for coffee afterwards...
I forgot how much fun I actually have...
And what wonderful gym Ladies they are♥️
After the coffee and chit chat...
I headed down to pick up Miss V...
While we were having lunch...
I took a few pictures thru the kitchen window...
It is a beautiful day out there...
And...now that there is a nap going on...
I am heading outside...

To do some light yard work...
I am crippled from fitness!!!
Devon...{friend and instructor} really put us thru our paces this am...and I feel it!
The Rose of Sharon that grows right outside the kitchen window,is putting on a grand display right now...
As are my Porcupine Grasses, and of course the Limelight Hydrangea...
Just have to look out my window to see beautiful things...
How lucky am I?
Stopped by the Greenhouse on my way home...
Picked up 3 Fountain Grasses...a cabbage,a mum and a few odd begonias...
Gonna perk up the old front to greet the newest Season...
Have you bought anything for Fall decorating yet???

It was a mix of sun and cloud today...and still breezy...very pleasant indeed!
Got a chance to stroll thru the garden, while Miss V was napping....
The star of the show, has to be the Summer Anemone...
And boy oh boy...has she spread herself around the front garden this year...
Only a few buds open...but I am sure by early next week...
The whole front garden will be full of Summer Anemone!
My deep pink Peonies are almost ready to burst...altho...a wee bit late this year...
Johnsons Cranesbill Blue Geraniums are looking great....
My deep purple...almost black...Columbine just starting to bloom....
White Peony ready to bust open...can't wait to have some in the house...
Minus the ants of course!!!

Well.....that completes the short tour for today...

We have 2 nice striploin steaks ready for the BBQ...
All peppered up and soaking in Worcheshire sauce..
1/2 a baked potato each...with fresh chives from the garden...
Fresh Ontario Asparagus....and some sauteed mushrooms...

Off to the cottage in the morning...
