Early February....Last Year...At The Lake...

What a difference a year makes..

This is what we encountered last February at the cottage...

The ice was very thick...and clear..
almost like diamonds..

You can see a large crack...but it has already frozen over again..

You can see the castle in the background...so much ice and snow...but not THIS year...my son drove out there yesterday, and reported "no snow"...quiet and peaceful..

I just stood around looking beautiful!!!! ha ha ha ha ...



After all..I am the photographer...except when I make him take a picture of me!!

I always like to take one of the 2 of us...just for fun!!
