Morning Moon & Morning Sunlight......Imagine That!

The other morning....

We noticed the Moon was still out...

Over the Gulf....it looked fabulous....

While......to the East.....the sunlight was lighting up the beach....

And it's inhabitants.......

For....yet....another glorious sunny day......

We were not so fortunate today...

We did get our morning beach walk in...

My hair was unbelievable....it had a life of its own....it had WINGS!

Honestly!      It was very humid and hazy....and that combo spells "wings" for my doodle!

Ha ha ha.....I can laugh now....I feel bad for the gal I had a chat with down the beach!

She must have been thinking........"what the he** is wrong with that girls hair"

I am giggling here....please.....humour me.....giggle along with me....

Trust me.....it was pretty darn funny........

                **************

Did some shopping this afternoon...

After watching CANADA beat the US butt!

YAY.        YAY.          YAY.        GO CANADA GO.      BRING ON SWEDEN....

Bought Miss V some adorable outfits.....miss her so much. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

       **************

On the menu this rainy Friday night.....

        Smashed potatoes........grilled steak.....asparagus......mushrooms/onions/peppers...

Hope you all had a great day.....

            Enjoy your evening.....

                       Cheers!   :o)

  2. Beautiful pictures. Love the dove peeking through and the shell is lovely. I always like to see your cute boyfriend, but where is that picture of your "hair"...we can take it!!

Dinner smells delicious...I say that as I read your menu, and smell my little pork roast, carrots and potatoes in the heavy skillet on the stove top.

The moon shots remind me of the little 45 record Don gave me when we were dating...Frank Sinatra singing...."It's not the pale moon that excites me, thrills or delights me...Oh NO, it's just the nearness of YOU." It worked..We were married soon after!

    Sending smiles and hugs

    1. You know what linda?
There are hardly any shells this year!
We took home buckets last year....this time, perhaps a handful....
      Wonder why?

    2. That is strange ... something you can look into on your last few days there. Probably something to do with climate and the changes to the oceans. Or the critters saw you coming and said, she ain't getting me this year!

  11. Not only is the weather confused but the planets too?!
So, that is where the doves go for the winter...they are so busted when they get back here!
