Oh you lucky girl:) I'm yet to get a Jade plant to bloom. Heaven knows I've tried! Yours is lovely:)
ReplyDeleteLess is most definitely the way to go:)
Thanks for sharing, Linda...Hope all is well in your little corner of the world. As for me, I did a post about my surprise get-a-way!!!
HI there ~~Louise~~....long time no see!
DeleteWill pop over and visit you!
I've never had a jade plant bloom. It's gorgeous. Enjoy your decorating of the tree. The star of the home at Christmas.
ReplyDeleteHi Deb....
DeleteIt is the star...isn't it? I need to get the darn lights on first!
Perhaps Miss V can put a few ornaments on...
That is the coolest thing ever!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteI love your jade plant:)
ReplyDeleteHappy decorating!
Thanks Monique.....trying to go simple this year...
DeleteDo you remember...
ReplyDeleteThe very first blooms in December....
Sing along, Linda!
Hi Blue....
DeleteI would...
If I could...
Don't know the words!
Help!
Blooming December again . . . lol
ReplyDeleteNice blooms though Mrs Green fingers . . . superb. . . .
Oh and love the header too . . :)
I can just manage to keep a cactus alive for a while . . . lol
Hi Eddie....
DeleteLove this plant....
Thanks...picking new headers can be tedious work!
Didn't want to use a snowy pic....as we have no snow!
You are a good outdoor gardener,though.....right?
Not a bad outdoor gardener but it must be warm and inviting . . . . as long as my hands are warm I am ok but when they are cold I just go into first gear and want to hibernate . . . . lol. My genes tell me I should be living in a warmer climate . . . I would be totally useless in Canada in the winter unless sat near a furnace . . . :)
DeleteOh you would be fine in Canada...
DeleteIt is a way of life here...as I assume the British weather is to you!!
We all have furnaces...don't worry!!
Yeah know that is one plant I had that never bloomed for me, ever lol ! Yup we have gone less with the Christmas decorations to each year now ! Wet mild and rainy here to but sunshine and mild for us for the rest of the week and I can sure handle that ! Lovely photos and love your header to !Thanks for sharing , have a good day !
ReplyDeleteIt seems I am the only one ho has a blooming Jade!
DeleteHurray for me!
Mild here too.....not complaining!
Well, look at that! I also have never seen a jade plant bloom, and goodness knows I have had them for about 50 years!!! There is no doubt about it, you are the Green Thumbs girl, Linda :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Patricia....YAY for me!
DeleteWow, the leaves are so perfect they almost look fake! Really pretty.
ReplyDeleteOh it's real! It seems very happy and healthy to me!
DeleteCan't wait to see your Christmas tree.
ReplyDeleteOh me too Laurie!
DeletePerhaps get it decked out tomorrow!
My friend Joseph also has a jade that blooms but I gather from comments here and on his page that no one else does! He maintains that it's because he puts it outside in the summer. He's also the one who has the night-blooming cereus which I think I told you about.
ReplyDeleteLove your new header!
Mine goes outside too! I had mentioned before, that I thought this might be why....
DeleteI had more blooms last year...not so many this year...very tiny and delicate!
Thanks about the header....appreciate it!
Does he have a blog? Would love to see his!
DeleteNo, he is on FB, but I will send you photos.
DeleteYour jade plant is gorgeous. I wonder if mine at the lake is still alive. I'm not sure if my neighbor continued to water it.
ReplyDeleteRain and cold here, too. I'm going to get over the latest bug and get out tomorrow. I hate being cooped up!
Jane x
It will be fun to find out!! Perhaps it is still alive...remember...next summer...put her outside!!
DeleteYou sick again!! Geesh...that is twice already this Fall...take care of yourself!!
What a treat . . . Jade plant in flower!
ReplyDeleteHappy December days . . .
Rainy drizzle here too . . .
Would love a blizzard . . .
Instead . . . A week of warmth and sun predicted!
(I'd rather that then drizzle!)
We are sunny sunny sunny today...and in the mid 50's!!
DeleteA blizzard??? Yes...if you are safe inside! hahaha!
I like the sparkle effects on your new header pic of the rose!
ReplyDeleteThanks Debra...thank Pic Monkey!!
