Do You Remember??...

I am sure that you will all remember when I made this....

And...how excited we all were...

I hadn't done any crocheting for years...

BUt it all came back very quickly...

I guess like riding a bike..

Anyway..on with my story...

And then I decided to make this...

A sweet little toque to match...

Which only added to the cuteness...

And the cuteness couldn't stop there...

How could anything be any cuter?

Well......

I know I am biased....

But....

Then I made this...and it just keeps...

getting cuter...

I figured...

If all the girls had crocheted cowls...

Why not make Vivian an adorable...

Matching...

Scarf...

How fun is this???

I can't stop smiling...

I'm as giddy as a school girl...

I don't deserve to be so happy...

OOOOPS....

Sorry about that...

I slipped into my favorite Christmas character there for a while...

Ebenezer Scrooge of course...and I cry every year...

Year after year....   Love that movie  :o)

Hope you all had a productive day...on this beautiful shiny bright day..

We spent the day at the Cottage...it was glorious...

Got some great shots to share...

               Sunny......breezy.....8 degrees celsius...fannnnnnnntastic..

The menu tonight was meatloaf, roasted taters&carrots...

And a small Greek salad on the side...

It was so nice to spend a few hours outside...basking in the sun..

               Enjoy your evening..

                         Cheers!  :o)

  1. The tiny outfit is so cute but, OH MY!! my heart almost stopped when that gorgeous baby face popped up in the next photo!! How too CUTE! You are definitely not being biased. Sweet Vivian just takes me back to my own babies days. How they grow up so fast.

    1. Not really cold,Kris...for this time of year...that would be almost 50F...so, not too bad...get crocheting!!! much faster than knitting, but I find knitting much more versatile...

  4. Totally full of cuteness. Looks like another nice day today. Yesterday I did a walk around the garden, worked on my crochet baby blanket, made a couple more crochet snowflakes, went to the library, walked around a bit downtown and just enjoyed the day. More of the same today with a bit of shopping to get some baking supplies so I can make some cookies on the weekend.

  6. I wish you could pop around for a nice cuppa tea, and teach me how to crochet. I would love to make baskets and floor cushions, big ones made with leather strips of something strong. It is never straight forward with me is it? Great gifts for Vivian!
