I am really having a problem this eyar, with blurry pictures of my lights...
I read up on it, and they say to go out just before it gets REALLY dark...
I did that...but they still look kinda blurry to me...
Oh well...
Onward and upward...
Still lots to do...
Got some stocking stuffers today...
Spent a small fortune...
Still need to bake some shortbread...perhaps Saturday will be a good day to tackle that task...
I like the way you can see my tree thru the window!!!
Check out this picture of Vivian "eating" her cereal!!!Remember how long it takes them to get their tongue working properly and push the food back into their mouths!!! My daughter sent me this photo...it is driving her crazy, as she is a real neat freak...ha ha ha...just wait!!
Hope you all had a great day...I ran around like a chicken with my head cut off...
Getting closer...every day....
Baked red snapper, asparagus and fries was on the menu tonight...it was delicious...try to have fish minimum once a week...should have it more often, I know...will try harder!!!
Enjoy your evening...
Cheers! :o)

If your daughter dares she can feed Vivian laying flat on her back. My mother did this with every baby she ever fed and so did I. They're made to eat laying down (think bottle) and don't choke unless they're screaming for some reason or another.
ReplyDeleteI will pass that along, Martha..
DeleteI have never heard of that before...but it makes sense!!
Your decorations are lovely! I've always loved seeing people's trees through their front windows! Makes the whole house look festive and cozy!
ReplyDeleteI love driving around looking at the lights...and seeing their trees thru the window...Is your tree on the front or the back of your house??
DeleteHi Linda,
ReplyDeleteYour front door and outside decorating is beautiful! I love the picture with the tree in view as well.
Vivian.....ah...such a dolly!!!
Pace yourself!
xo Kris
Thanks Kris...I will try to pace myself...easier said than done!!
DeleteYour front decorations are lovely! When are you coming over to do mine??
ReplyDeleteI can squeeze you in....a week from Friday!!!
DeleteAs usual Linda, your home, and I say home as opposed to house looks fine and dandy, I am pleased to say that despite the heating hiccup, we are almost ready. The water is back on and we have heating, what more could I ask for! Very grateful of small mercies.
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa....Glad you are back in business...hope you have a wonderful holiday!!
DeleteVery pretty!!
ReplyDeleteNow pace yourself and don't get rundown......
Easy to eh!!
Sure....look who's talkin'..hahaha...
Deletethe fourth picture with the tree through the window is perfect . . .
ReplyDeleteas is baby vivian's wee heart shaped messy mouth! lol.
and i rather like the 'glow' effect of the lights you call blurry. they're pretty!
Thanks Tammy...you always see thru to the beauty...
DeleteYour front entrance way looks lovely and very sparkly. I can't get night photos with lights to turn out that great either. The peek into your living room looks lovely too. My motto is .. if it isn't messy it isn't fun. Vivian will get the hang of eating soon. Until then, let her just enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteI told my daughter that...she needs to take it easy....and enjoy :o)
DeleteYour front door decor looks very pretty. One way to get good night shots is to us the sports mode on your camera if you have one. I use it all the time. They aren't totally clear pics but pretty good. I used it on most of my nighttime shots in NYC. And for the lights, shooting before dark is a good time, as you said. :)
