First Things First....
First things first...
Last Week...
When I...
Picked up...
Sweet cheeks...
As...she..had..
A runny nose...
Well...it...
Seems it was much more than that...
Both her...
And her Mom...
Were pretty sick...
As of today...
They are...both...
Better...
And I get to watch her tomorrow..
As...
Mondays are my day!!!
When my daughter came after work last Wednesday to pick up Vivian...
She brough me a HUGE bunch of these soft creamy roses...
They are called "Spray Roses"...and the color is dreamy...
Kind of a vanilley....creamey color....
Almost sounds good enough to eat!
That is what she does...she was a Floral Designer for many years...
But made a big switch...about 3 years ago...and now works in the Floral Wholesale business...
And she brings me flowers occasionally...
And I love it!!
This is 1/2 half of the bouquet....
Which I took to the cottage...to enjoy there...
Hope you all had a great weekend...
Still pretty hot and steamy...
But...at least we had the lake breezes to help keep us cool!!!
Lots of action on the water...swimmers..boaters...skiers...canoeists...LOTS!!!!
Be back tomorrow with a few shots from the weekend...
Cheers! :o)

Thanks Sandy...thanks for visiting!
DeleteThey are a beautiful rose Linda. Such a nice colour (or non-colour), such a nice white colour. There. :) You are lucky to receive free flowers so often. It's already 30 here and is to be 35 this afternoon. Not usual for us that's for sure. It feels like an old fashioned summer to me. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteYes I am Pamela...very lucky!
DeleteHot as heck here today....kept Vivian in!
Good to hear Vivian and her mom are on the mend ... one of the perks of daycare is the germs.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous roses.
Very hot and humid here today.
yes...so you have said...and everybody else as well!!!
DeleteShe was pretty good today...enjoyed having her!!
Too hot here!!!
Those roses are glorious! The colour is so creamy and soft. Glad the big and little kid's are better. So awful to be sick with a sick baby :( Good thing you didn't catch it, eh?
ReplyDeleteYes...I think they had a pretty miserable 4 days...
DeleteBut...all was well...at Gramma Daycare!!! hahaha!
