Merry Christmas Everyone!!

Presents are wrapped and under the tree...

Had another go at the Christmas Cookies....

This time it was "Thumbs Up"!....

Miss V got reacquainted with her Christmas Snowman Baker friend...

With her Santa hat that I made her!!♥️

2 Pom Poms are waaaay better than just one!!

While she was napping yesterday...I got a craft session ready for her...

She made Popsicle Stick Reindeer Ornaments for her Aunts,Uncles and Mom...

Christmas carpets in place...

2 batches of Shortbread done...

One tin for Miss V and her Mom...{gosh she loved the shortbread!!}

And a tin for my Son...

And of course....one for boyfriend and I!!!

Much less decorating this year...

Just a few favorites...

Table all set...and looking very Festive indeed!!

Miss V is very interested in the Christmas Crackers...can't wait to "POP" it...get her paper hat out...and claim her prize!!

Got the stockings stuffed...glad I have that done...i can remember when the kids were little...and I would host Christmas Eve for 20 people...running around at 1am, trying to put the stocking stuffers in...mush more civilized now!!

Here is Miss V on her first Christmas!!

A mere 5 months old♥️

She is VERY excited to open her presents this year...

Should be a really fun day tomorrow!!
We are off to my Sons  this Christmas Eve...

I have everything done...that I can do today!!

Will make the stuffing in the am...cook the bird...ready the veggies...

and wait for all the kids to arrive in the afternoon....

                                     ********************

It is a time to think of friends and family no longer with us...

Of friends and family who are suffering with health issues...

And to hold our loved ones close to our breast...and never let go...ever...

Have a wonderful Christmas everyone...

                 Cheers!  :o)

  25. Glad you're sharing this happy time with your dear family, Ms. Linda. Yesterday we spent the day with this boyfriend's family in Collingwood. Yummy turkey, beautiful tree and lots of presents. Today, whew... long day with hammering noises from the flooring people still working from this a.m. I'm sure that the neighbours aren't happy! I enjoyed your most beautiful photos, I look forward to the next ones of your family from yesterday afternoon. Merry Xmas and a happy, healthy 2016 to you and yours. :)

    2. Stairs were already done and finished, yesterday was the upstairs hallway. No snow up north, people were crying as they stared at the ski hills, boo, hoo. 😢 Not the skiers, the resort owners!

  26. HI Linda, I'm getting caught up visiting after my break. I enjoyed your photos and news of Christmas which sounds wonderful. Congratulations to your son on his engagement! Exciting. We had a really good Christmas but had to cancel our visit to my side of the family on the 27th due to the stormy weather (20cm of snow!!) AND, I got the flu on Boxing Day night and was sick all night and slept all day yesterday. :( Feeling much better today but still achy. Thankful it was only a 24 hour bug! Have a good day! Hugs. Pam
