  2. That's a lot of birds Linda. I'm glad the weather is looking as peachy as the hibiscus blooms. Big snow in Ontario and spring temps here. Lots of rain coming tonight so we may have no snow left by morning. Enjoy!

  4. We had a snow day today! I even got to stay home from work.
I watched birds too. Smaller ones. The kind that like seeds and nuts.
Tomorrow is another day. Back to work for my short day.

Looks like something out of an Alfred Hitchcock movie . . haha
Would the earlier ones be Pelicans?

  8. Oh, heaven. Love beach pictures and so envy you (and your menu)!

The first time I saw pelicans flying outside our balcony in Mexico I started screaming that we had dinosaurs in the air. lol! They seemed prehistoric, not like the pretty illustrations I had known. Me, very oddball. :)

    Enjoy your lazy days, Linda!

  9. Pelicans everywhere! I have always thought they were very haughty as they looked down their noses.
Those hibiscus are a gorgeous colour. Don't think I've ever seen them in that shade before.
Trudged through the snow storm today to an appointment with a specialist only to find out, upon my arrival, that she had an emergency and was not in. But did they bother to call me to notify me? No. I was not a happy camper.

  13. The hibiscus are a beautiful colour. Love seeing all the birds, would love to be able to get some photos of them. We had a big dump of snow, 22.4 cm in our area and 50+ cm in the Ottawa areas yesterday. Today it is sunny and the temperature are rising above 0 Celsius. Enjoy the warmth down there.

  16. It is tempting for me to grab my hubs, pack up some things, leash the dog and take off for warmth.
Especially when I see your pictures, read your words and listen to another friend of mine who is on the ocean side.
Guess it will have to wait for another year.
    Love the Hibiscus bouquet . . .
Hope you find one of the local outdoor markets to enjoy!
Keep sending pictures for your northern friends!
