That was one delicious cookie ... and one adorable little Miss V The rain is topping now, it just poured and poured this morning. Glad the grass got cut yesterday.
Gorgeous photos by a very proud Grandmother. Bet she breaks a few hearts later on :) What does she call you? Nanna, Nanny, Grandma, Grannie, Grandmother . . . . something else?
Nana . . . . . lovely name! My mother was called Nanna (two n's in that version) by her four grands and she loved it too. Incidentally her name was Hazel which is a nice name and she had hazel eyes, hence her name. I see that colour seems to run through your family as well.
Hazel is not a common name...very cool! My boyfriend has icy blue eyes...my son inherited those, and Erika has a lot of blue in her eyes as well....Lissa and I are definitely hazel....Miss V has a light and dark eye....a bit of green in the left one....my Dad had blue eyes...wish I had inherited those!
Really! . . . . You'd rather have blue eyes, but hazel ones are very nice. Now that is remarkable I had not noticed before that Miss V has indeed a dark and a lighter eye. That must be quite rare - wonder if the difference will always be there. You might have noticed I have blue eyes . . .you see I was my mother's blue-eyed boy . . . lol
It is possible to work out eye colour probability using a law og genetics but that is horrifically difficult to do . . .
Yes....I find blue eyes more interesting...along with the face they belong to! Hope they stay like this...makes her even more beautiful! If that is possible!
Now THAT'S enjoying a cookie! These are so sweet. My favourite is the eyes closed, oblivious to everything but that cookie. She is blissfully enjoying those morsels.
