The geese would make it for me. Wave after wave passing over us at the moment... it must be chilly your end!!
ReplyDeleteIt cooled down, but we are supposed to warm up....
DeleteShould be a beautiful Fall!
Oh ya......dancing with the boyfriend....bet he still has the moves! Couldn't you just use one of those great parties again? We were so happy, carefree and just itching for some fun and laughs!! Good old days huh?
ReplyDeleteHi Ann....yup.....the good old days for sure!
DeleteTime flies,eh?
That's quite the zoom you have on your lens. Gorgeous photos. Ahh...a fireplace. I miss ours while the renovations continue. Why are they taking so long you ask? Stuff on back-order. Gawd!! Anyway, it is cool here today, no sun. Tomorrow will be the same. Have a nice evening, Linda. Loved your shoes, btw. =^..^=
ReplyDeleteYes....I use it to spy on people! Haha *snort*....
DeleteI hate renos!
Tell that retired guy to get busy!
Like the shoes? A gift from daughter Erika♥️
They spoil me.....'cause I deserve it!
Nice to see your day picture by picture. We watched the grandkids at their swimming lessons on Sunday morning, then went for breakfast. Today has been a lovely sunny day, chilly to start but warmed a bit as the day went on. Got the grass cut, some plants trimmed and now all is put away as the rain is moving in. It's almost time for tea and Coronation Street.
ReplyDeleteTea and Corrie....sounds perfect to me♥️
DeleteLove the geese! We're grey and cold here today and it just started raining. Feels like fall!
ReplyDeleteIt does!
DeleteBut not for long...........warmness coming back!
I enjoyed your hourly captures of the weather. The sky changes fast doesn't it? Well, sometimes it does. It cleared off here about 5:00 just in time for it to cool down and get dark (almost). A risk of frost tonight. Saturday we didn't do much. Had the kids over for supper spur of the moment like. Fun. Sunday, church and a walk in the park in the afternoon. Nearly froze!! It might be 20 tomorrow then back down to the mid-teens again but sunny. I miss summer!!
ReplyDeleteLife on the Great Lakes!
DeleteWait 5 minutes, and the weather will change....
Nice to see your son....but I am sure you long to hold wee Liam....
I miss Summer too!
Lovely series of photos.

ReplyDeleteHi Elaine....
DeleteIt was pretty chilly out there...
This weekend supposed to be better!
Nice to catch up with your weekend. I like the way you use your flip flops as a weather measurement tool. Either that, or you're beginning to have a foot fetish....LOL Love your beautiful, lovely photos. Great variety, as always. Have a good week! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Hester!
DeleteI am a flipflop gal!
You enjoy your week...see you soon!
Hi Linda. I think I am now caught up with your posts. I have not had my computer for a few days. Love your sky pics. I took a lot of those this weekend too. It amazes me how cool it has already become there! We are so hot here! Ghastly!
ReplyDeleteAll of your photos are so great, but that last one, with the fire blazing, really look cozy! Is the fire your only course for heat at the cottage? I suspect your season is quickly coming to an end for the cottage weekends away then. Boo hoo.
Miss ya,
Kris
Saw your sky pics...gorgeous!
DeleteWe are below normal temps right now...gonna heat up again this weekend...
We have ordered a furnace!! YAY!!! to be installed this month...this will extend our season!
Flip flops off, that bit made me smile. Good stuff.
ReplyDeleteHa! Back on this weekend.....for sure!
DeleteI thought cold here again this weekend but not sure. Great outside now, but burr early this morning.
DeleteNice and hot here...for the weekend...YAY!!
DeleteArrived at the party a little late!! . . . is it over?
ReplyDeleteLoved the cloud formations, Linda . . .that one just above your happy face is amazing.
I can feel the colder weather coming on through your photos.
Cheers ~ Eddie
Me of course
DeleteHi Eddie...
DeleteThe party is NEVER over ...over here!
Hi Blue!
DeleteI keep checking the calendar to make sure it's September not October.
ReplyDeleteWe dropped Ralphy at the adoption centre on Saturday. He clung to me like a limpet, I cried.

Awww.....poor Ralphie! You ok?
DeleteI love your pictures, Linda. LLLLLLove them
ReplyDeleteDid you see your blue face in there?
DeleteThe Inukshuk wil rise again! Love that cosy fireplace photo at the end. Nice and toasty.
ReplyDeleteThanks Suza...love my cosy fires!
DeleteIs it just me or is the typing getting smaller and smaller... seems to change when I make a comment. And now there is word verification AND number verification. Yikes.
ReplyDeleteI can enlarge if you are having trouble....
DeleteNot sure why both are on....will check my settings....
