    2. I think snow amount is relative. Some thing a foot is a big dump.
Those of us living in snowbelts, well, that's just called winter.

  6. It sure is white, Linda. Just like here. We're getting it tonight. 25-30 cm. We got 100 cm. last week and now this! Crazy. Then the deep cold although it's none too warm here today either at -16. I'm as cozy as one can be without a fireplace of any kind. Stay warm!

Our snow didn't stick in the trees. Maybe it was blowing too hard.

  17. Well - the lavender-blue violet was nice. The turquoise trim on your socks was nice... but then., pfft!

Last year a friend gave me this lovely tropical print fabric. I thought to slip cover a couch; instead I made curtains for my studio. On the gray days it has been so ice to have that lovely fabric to look at. No snow - lots of major wind today. Fireplace is going.
    Stay warm!

  19. Buckets and buckets and buckets of the stuff - yay! Only thing is the noise of the ploughs all night. I just crank up the white noise in my headphones and it usually blocks it out. Was out several times today in the beautiful sunshine - was practically blinded by all the white. Bet you can't wait to get to the sunny shores.
