We are sheltered there from the brisk winds....
The temp at 6:10 pm was 11 degrees...
Not sure what the wind chill was....
Thursday promises to be even colder...
Hoping for another gorgeous Sunset...
Roasted ribs, crispy roasted potatoes and carrots and onions....
Too damn lazy to make a salad tonight.....
Perhaps tomorrow...
La.....tee....dah....
Enjoy your evening...
Stay toasty.....as my friend Deb would say....♥️
Cheers! :o)
Linda
11 degrees? In Florida????? You must mean C? At any rate, too cold for Florida!!!! DARN!!!! I hope you are feeling better at least!!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Kris
Hi Kris.....yes c.....so, about 53f....still chilly...but a gorgeous sunset!
DeleteI thought we were due for Global Warming . . . this is ridiculous for Florida . . . !!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the sunsets though . .
We had a rare very nice day here and I did some gardening with my friend Sue.
Tomorrow though, it is forecast for colder weather . . .
Think I shall go to Venus . . . :)
Hi Eddie...
DeleteYes....ridiculous!
Love the sunsets too♥️
Did you say the "G" word? Awesome!
Venus....like the planet? Hahaha!
Hope the weather is bucking up for you both . . . . :)
DeleteOh my gosh, what gorgeous pictures. Even if it is too cold for Florida it's still nice to get away and have sun-sets like that. We had a pretty mild day today -5C and some sun. It was relief. Snow comin' though and then nicer on Sat. and Sun. You can just feel that Spring is not far off. Hope you and the boyfriend are feeling better now. I know how you like your own bed when you are not well. Take care, Linda. Hugs
ReplyDeleteYes Deb, I agree about the sunsets....
DeleteThat is the beauty on staying on the Gulf side.....and....AT THE BEACH!
I brought my own sheets and new pillows, so I had that covered....
Hope you are well.....
53 degrees is too cold for the beach! haha. But that's 53 degrees warmer than Ohio right now! And that's not counting the wind!
ReplyDeleteI hope our cold doesn't reach you...snow on the sand would not be cool!
I just love the sunsets...you've seen some gorgeous ones! The rays through the clouds are my favorite!
I know Betsy....gonna be 0 overnite....tomorrow brisk and windy....
DeleteWeekend looks good...
Onward and upward!
More sunsets!
You're awfully quiet! Have you frozen to death? :)
DeleteNope...still here....thanks for asking!
DeleteWeather much improved.....:o)
I love the pinky-peach with the lavender blue sky. Looks inviting. (smile)
ReplyDeleteYes...the sunset is better when there are a hew clouds....go figure!
DeleteThe second picture is a glorious spill of light. And the single chair photo - I love that peachy-pink shade that you only get at sunset.
ReplyDeleteMe too Suzanne....
DeleteWeather any better?
Minus 30C at the moment. Another extreme cold alert issued.
DeleteGeesh! Stay inside!
DeleteZero here tonight.....
I'll take 53 degrees, Linda. We're suppose to have a high of 7 degrees tomorrow. What's 50 degree difference after all, FREEZING!!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous shots, staying toasty... hope you're feeling better...thanks for sharing...
P.S. Got any meatballs you want to share? If so, see my latest post:)

How you doing?
I hope that you stay toasty too! The sunsets are beautiful!! xx
ReplyDeleteThanks Amy....
DeleteYou keeping busy?
Looks like the cold is there to stay for awhile. But, at least the sunsets are beautiful!!! Siberia could have kept its cold front from my point of view. ;) blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDeleteYes.....we should send it back pronto!
DeleteToday is mid 40's!
I'd give anything for 11 degrees, but not if I was in Florida. Sunsets are gorgeous no matter the country. Bundle up, hope the wind dies down for you and us.
ReplyDeleteWe had snow most of Wednesday and today with wind chills it is around -25 Celsius
At least we missed the bitter cold....but at least we would be at HOME....
DeleteNot in a small cottage on a windy cold beach.....gosh....listen to me....I am loosing it!
At least the temps are heading in the right direction...unlike here!
ReplyDeleteJane x
Up? Right? Maybe? You think?
DeleteSo picturesque - Muskoka chairs on the beach situated just so, to watch the amazing sunsets! Awesome!
ReplyDeleteIf it wasn't so damn cold and we could actually sit there and watch it!
DeleteWe are huddled up next to the cottage....to stay warm...with sweaters!
Very pretty photos ! Looks wonderful there even if it is a bit chilly ! Thanks for sharing , Have a good day !
ReplyDeleteHi Elaine....
DeleteZero tonight!
I'm too damn lazy to make a salad EVERY night. It's just an unfounded rumour that veggies are good for us.
ReplyDeleteHahaha! I needed that...thanks Deb!
DeleteOh boy.....rainy, windy, and damp! Stop with the complaining already.......today we have gusty little winds of 30-50 MPH along with lovely temps of -30 for our enjoyment!!! Don't you feel better now? Don't worry.....SUN IS COMING! You will just have to be patient and cuddle your boyfriend until it heats up! It is cold enough here to freeze the ##### off a brass monkey and then some!!! Enjoy your time in the sweet surroundings.....you will get on that surfboard before you know it!!!!
ReplyDeleteOk.....cuddling is in order...I will get right on that Ann.....
Deletedisappointed for you.

Yes......where have you been......
DeleteThe US has not been kind so far....
Temps dropping to Zero overnite....mid 50's tomorrow....yikes!
I am coming to see you!
You do have every right to be disappointed in your weather, but here's a little story to make you feel grateful that you're not home. I met my girlfriend in Toronto for a play this afternoon. Not to whine, but after the play and a restaurant snack, I was almost in tears from my painful frozen fingers. And that was from taking off my gloves to pay the parking meter! Ouch! Looking forward to a slight warming trend this weekend...for you and for us!
ReplyDeleteHi Hester...
DeleteOuch is right!
Don't want to lose any fingers.....
Stay warm...
We are zero tonight!
Your dinner sounds delicious and you are anything but lazy!
ReplyDeleteShucks....thanks Birdie!
DeleteI was guessing 11 degrees Celsius being about 54 Fahrenheit. My sister is in Bradenton this week and she said it was "freezing."
ReplyDelete:0)
Your sister is right!
DeleteThat is a bit south of us...we are in Indian Shores....
May have to rethink next year!
Beautiful views over the water, but I'd rather be here if the temperatures are cold even in Florida! Glad you have a sheltered spot to enjoy that expensive view ;)
ReplyDeleteWendy
Hi Wendy....
DeleteWeather has improved greatly...
3 nice days in a row!
YAY!
I think today is supposed to be better for you..!! Hope so!
ReplyDeleteYes...much better!
DeleteThanks for visiting....I really must do a post!
