Can You Believe It!!!

So...

When I arrived at the cottage on Friday noon...

When taking my stuff in from the car...

I asked my boyfriend...

"Did you already bring in my bag with my camera, and my crochet?"

He said "No"..."I have not seen it"...

WHAT???

"Did you put it in the car?"

"I thought I did"...

OMG!!!

I felt sick to my stomach...then I worried if I had left it in the driveway!!

I called my SIL...who stopped by the house on his way home from work...

There it was....in the foyer...just waiting to be picked up and packed...

GEESH!!!

So...my friends...no pictures from the weekend!!!

Which...for the most part...was lovely...except for a chilly breeze off the water...

When we left yesterday...it was 15*c...by the time we got home...29*c!!!

SO...my Robin friends can tell you a short story...

Do you think it is a Parent and baby....or a couple???

Teaching the ins and outs of taking a bath!!

Hope you all had a great weekend...

Lots of pretty Daffodil at the cottage...I made a beautiful bouquet to bring home...

BUT....surprise...surprise....I forgot them! hahaha!

Will be picking up Miss V for the day...gonna hit the park before the rain...

WITH MY CAMERA!!!

Isn't this weather fabulous...my Bamboo has grown 6 inches over the weekend...

Perhaps I should get a picture of that!!! hahaha!!

Have a great day!!

How is your weather???

                        Cheers!  :o)

  1. Sounds like something I'd do. :) Love your robin shots. I just added a bird bath this week close to the feeders. The weather was and still is amazing. I had the two grandittles, Ry and Brad out all day yesterday. We had a blast.

I expect you felt lost without your camera.
I think it is a couple in the bird bath and he is complaining that she is hogging all the water and wishes they had a shower attachment fixed up.

    Glad you still had a nice time . . . :)
What! Forgot your bouquet as well.
    Now look . . . age is my excuse, what's your's? . . . LOL

  5. I believe it. Because it's something I would do.
I hate not having my camera when I go out. I want to take it with me to work, but I don't want to leave it in the car all day and I obviously can't be taking pictures of the residents.
Ah, there's always today and it's a beautiful one.

  7. I know how you feel about forgetting the camera at home. It's very annoying and cell phone photos aren't always the best. It's even more frustrating when you have it ready to go and then forget it! We've had a great weekend of warm sunshine and it makes me so happy. I hope you have a wonderful week.

Sunday, we ventured over to the Premium Outlets...whew....very busy... Enjoy little Miss Cutie today and have a good week.

  13. You must have felt like you'd lost a limb without your camera.... AND crocheting. Double trouble. Ah well, at least they were safe at home.
Cute robin pics - maybe one had already bathed in a neighbouring bath and they were scouting out a clean dunk for the other! :-)

      You feeling better?

    2. Sadly, no, this one has me by the grips. Haven't been this sick in years. I appreciate you asking. ♥
I know you don't like taking pics on your cell, but if that's all you have you'd be surprised how well they sometimes turn out. At one point I had almost abandoned my camera in place of my cell. I would like to get a new camera, though, and start experimenting and perhaps have a little more flexibility. What do you own?

    3. Hope you feel better soon....
I wouldn't even know how to get the pictures out of my phone, to my computer!
I only have a phone for emergencies....
My boyfriend took a few pics on his BB, and apparently emailed to me....but they disappeared! Hahaha!
      Take care of yourself!
      Are you on Instagram?

      Delete
    4. Thanks. No, I'm not on Instagram. It's very easy to "sync" your phone to your computer and copy over whatever you wish to. It's just a matter of doing it a few times to get the hang of it. But I find that's the case for anything.

    2. I hope the heck not. I'm so into this sunshine.

We had to put the air in. Which is good because not a few days before, the heat was on.

PS: I have to go gluten-free (among other things), for awhile. But I'm up for the fun of it.

    3. Good luck with the gluten-free!

    4. I don't eat that much of it and I don't eat any processed foods, so for me, this is not hard. I would gladly give up any food, if needed.

And remember, many of my bakes are already gf, sf, df, ef. The difference now is it ALLLLLLL will be during the new testing period.

    5. Is there any food you would miss, if you had to remove it forever?

I used to say cream cheese, but something changed during the dairy test, and after all these months, I no longer like the taste.
