Feeling Sad......

Just found out that my sweet Miss V is ill....

Red throat....fever....cough....:o(

She is on antibiotics...hopefully not tonsillitis....

I wish I could be there....to help her Mom....and take care of her....

Hopefully this won't last long....

A bacterial infection.....*sigh*....

Hope you are all well, and enjoying your weekend.....

Still having great weather....although the winds are cool and gusty....

By the end of the week, we will be on the road again....

All good things must come to an end....

Time for some crochet.....

Enjoy your evening....

Good thoughts for Miss V ♥️

                         Cheers!  :o)

                                 linda ♥️

  1. Hi Linda - I understand how you yearn to be with her when she is sick. Poor little girl. I hope it clears quickly and she is all better long before you get home. We are still on a high with our new family member. I'm exhausted, though. Going to cuddle with two cats on the couch tonight that missed us the last two days. Although I can't wait to hold that baby again. Gwynn is doing fine. We took her out for lunch today and shopped for a few Easter treasures. :)))She loves time with us. :)) I hope your last week is warm and fun and safe travels to you next week. Hugs, Deb

  2. I hate to hear Miss V is sick. I would much rather be sick myself than for our little ones to be sick. I know you can't wait to see her. We've had great weather today. I sat out in the sun, on the dock, at the lake today. It felt so good. The grandkids fished. Sawyer caught one nice sized brim but threw him back in. No one around here felt like cleaning fish today. Ha!

  8. I know your heart is breaking to not be there to cuddle that little sweetheart and be there for your daughter as well. I'm sure she will be better by the time you arrive home but I'll say some prayers and send off some good karma away. Keep us posted.

  16. Oh dear. Poor V! Hope it's nothing serious and she is feeling much better soon! It's so hard to stay well at day care, don't you think? So many germs this time of year, too. You're on the countdown now for going home! Gosh, the month flew by! You'll be driving up through warm weather, it looks like....we're going to be fairly warm for the next 7-10 days!

  19. Sending good thoughts for Miss V. We never want them to be ill, but it does build their immunity. Mine were in T.O. for a quick weekend and last night I babysat at their downtown hotel while my son and DIL went to a party. Safe travels to you and the BF this week and take care...
