My Latest Finished Afghan...For Me! ♥️
I finally got this finished up earlier in the week...
It needed a border...and I added PomPoms this time, instead of the tassels...
I am really pleased with the way it turned out...One continuous Granny Square, changing colours whenever I felt like it. It is a great size for the couch, and I have been snuggling under it nearly every night!!
It would be really nice if the Sun would shine!!
I can't remember...Oh I guess it was Friday early afternoon...haven't seen it since!
We are expecting a lot of rain this week, as our temps are back on the rise.
I whipped up this little cutie the other afternoon!!
No pattern..just a square sewn together...with the cutest pompoms...
It is similar to the pink one Miss V has been wearing, but it kept falling over her eyes, as I made it a bit too long. I made the body of this one shorter....I have not seen her in this, but her Mom tells me that she loves it!! I'll bet she looks like a doll in it!
Hope you are all well, and having a wonderful weekend...
I have another blanket on the go...something different this time!!
Enjoy the rest of your day...
Cheers! :o)

Hi Tammy...yes...I will get a pic of her wearing the hat1!
DeleteSaw the same horses on Friday...that one looked great!!
You covered in ice down there???
That is so sweet, Linda--the afghan and the little hat. You have to get a picture of her in it though! I really need to learn to crochet and knit one of these days. I have always meant to do that. I would love to be able to do something like that. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteCrochet is much easier than knitting...to me anyway!
DeleteI am sure there are videos on YouTube, where you could pick it up!
your grandkids would look great in some crocheted hats! hahaha!!
Love the finished afghan Linda, you really inspire me to get cracking & learn to crochet. A little voice inside my head keeps reminding me to finish all my knitting/ sewing projects before embarking on another craft; so many things to make & only one pair of hands ha!!!
ReplyDeleteGet cracking Barbara!
DeleteLove the colours . Papa here is still working on his afghan when he can lol ! It has been sunny here since Friday and we have no snow at all looks like spring around here and by mid week it will feel like it to going up to 10C that's balmy for this time of year I am enjoying it though . Thanks for sharing , have a good evening !
