The Birds were quite happy to see us!!!
From the Shiny Grackle...
To the darling Purple Finches...
To the Cardinals...
To Robin Red Breast...
Got 2 of the Bird Baths out...
Hopefully the rain filled them up!!!
That was a glorious warm day at the cottage...
Not so good out there yesterday...
My neighbour sent me some photos of a very large branch of ours that came down yesterday...
Luckily it did not hit the cottage...
It actually landed on their lawn!!!
We will go out on Monday...and see what's up...
I am sure Gus will have it all cleaned up by then...:o)
Hope you are enjoying your Saturday...
Having guests for dinner this evening...
Don't want to give the menu away...just yet!!!
The husband...has Celiac...so I am always careful about what I serve...
Enjoy the rest of your day....
Very cold...snowy...and windy here....:o(
Cheers! :o)

Wonderful photos ! Where is your Cottage ? Looks like a lovely area . We have the same birds here . It is cold and windy here today to looking forward to the temps bumping up next week ! Thanks for sharing. Have a good day !
ReplyDeleteNorth shore of Lake Erie....love it there!!!!
DeleteThe wind is here too. Somehow we never really ever get all the dead branches picked out of the yard. As soon as we do, more come crashing down. It's kind of like dusting inside the house.
ReplyDeleteDusting, eh??? never looked at it like that!!!
DeleteWell, with a wood stove the dusting is never done either...
DeleteLove those pictures, Linda. That Robin Red Breast is beautiful. If you were a bird, what kind of bird would you be? :)
ReplyDeleteFor sure I would be a Female Cardinal....And have that Handsome Red fella bringing me seeds to eat....he could wine and dine me 4ever!!!!
DeleteBeautiful photos. I love birds and always enjoy seeing pictures of them.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jennifer...
