Those little bits of green mean that Spring is just around the corner. Hang in there. A few more weeks and yo will be able to take off those gloves.
ReplyDeleteI love those gloves!!!! So warm..soft!!!
DeleteI'm finding pieces of spring too! My daffodils are quite anxious to bloom, just waiting for the right moment, probably a sunny one.
ReplyDeleteHusband says he might drive up to Fort Erie tomorrow. If so I hope it's at least a little bit sunny. The ride makes me sleepy if it's too dark and dreary.
Sunny here today...bit windy..not sure if it is warm or not!!
DeleteSpring....an almost forgotten time....soon...it will come soon!
ReplyDeleteHopefully...the cabin fever is getting UNBEARABLE!!!
DeleteIt looks like you found signs of spring at the cottage ... along with some cold water. Good to see you are feeling good enough to venture out.
ReplyDeleteYup...a few faces peeking thru the leaves...next trip will be way more Spring-like, I'm sure!
DeleteDaffodils are popping up and some tulip leaves, as well as some crocus have flowered. Yes we just had a dusting of snow. Today high 10 tomorrow 16...I'll believe it when it happens.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!!
You too Linda....nice and sunny here!
DeleteIt would have been a nice day for a ride, but our "Fort Erie" had gone to Toronto, so we stayed home. Maybe another time. Maybe a day when it's sunny and warm too.
DeleteSoon....
DeleteWe went our for a nice lunch...quite enjoyed that!!
hail and snow...oh my! haha...but I do see little bits of green beginning to show! I think those of us who experience true winters appreciate spring more than others, don't you think?
ReplyDeleteyummo on the dinner!
I guess...but it is sooooo late this year!!
DeleteDinner was delish...if I may say so myself!!!
I HAve been marinating my chicken in buttermilk lately...really makes it tender and moist!!!
Your bad weather couldn't happen to a nicer person, but you photos have been dramatically fantastic! (especially last post) Love seeing your Bebe!
ReplyDeleteLong time since you have visited...
DeleteI must pop over and see what you have been up to!!
It does look cold there! Brrrr. I am finding now that the temperature outside is above freezing that the thermostat inside won't come on as much and I'm cold! I thought you were done with snow and cold there! Not nice! We had snow this morning and it looked so pretty! It's gone now. Cloudy and +5. Come on spring!!
ReplyDeleteNot too bad here today...
DeleteSupposed to be 17 tomorrow!!!
