  1. I definitely do feel better. It's somewhat overcast here but it's over 100 degrees out. Yikes. I don't want to know what the temperature might be if the skies were clear!

  2. The colour makes me feel better too. I have been glancing out the windows today to look at my colourful annuals being rained upon. And we're to get rain until Sunday night. Hopefully some sunny breaks on Monday. It's actually cold here too. Only 12 all day and it was 8 early this morning. It feels like fall! I expect you'll be at the cottage for the holiday weekend. I hope you get some sun but at least it's warm cloudy weather. We may take a road trip on Saturday. What else can one do in the rain? We don't golf. Ha! Hugs, Pam

  3. This morning we had a huge thunderstorm and the rains were torrential there was flood warnings in place for this area as we have a river that wraps around and through our area ! More rain for us tonight and all day tomorrow . Usually it is south east of us that gets all the rain down by that part of lake Erie but not this time . My gardens are blooming like crazy thank goodness to the rains and they will have enough water for a week with all this rain ! Lovely photos . Thanks for sharing . Have a good day !

  4. We're drying out too. Every day I think I'm going to get that rain-walk. If it's going to happen, I need a nice daytime rain. I sure don't want to walk in that orchard in the dark! There's coyotes out there!

  9. delightful colours, Linda!
We had terrible heat last week with temperatures up to hellish 42*C, but I collected enough rainwater in barrels before that so the garden survived :) And now it's down to 10*C during night....
