How About A Big Bunch Of Colourful Hydrangea????

How is this for some beautiful colour???

Can't you just close your eyes...

Come on...

Play along...

You are sitting in your garden...

Cosy chair...

Cool drink in hand...

Feet up...

Listening to the birds sing...

And...

If you are lucky enough...

You can hear the waves lapping at the shore...

                                  Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......

How was that???

I should find some pics of my beachdeck at the cottage...

That will certainly help to relax these winter aches and pains...

                                           ********

Hope you are all having a great day...

All shovelled out I hope...

I got out to Walmart today...picked up a few essentials to pack...

I have ribs in the oven...wee baby carrots...and a big Yam...

All roasting to perfection...'cause...I am cleaning out the fridge and freezer!!

2 more sleeps...and we hit the road...flip flops are packed!!

                    Enjoy your evening...

                              Cheers!   :o)

  2. Those beautiful blooms are just what we need today. It's a bit overcast so don't know how good the moon viewing will be tonight. It was visible early like it was last night, will try again later. The stores were extra busy today , probably because no unnamed it out yesterday.

  7. Beautiful hydrangeas! Glad that your driving weather forecast seems fine, good planning, LSK. Went with my boyfriend to the Apple Store at Square One this afternoon, needed help with his iPod. Hmm...noticed right away how very young and techie the employees are! When did we get older? :) Looking forward to your posts from warmer weather. Have a safe drive...

  8. Oh yes, colour. How we poor Canadians need it so badly right now. I especially love the mauve petals. Wow - you are heading out soon. Now I'm getting jealous. Hope you have a great time, Linda. Think of us poor slobs while you are basking in the sun-shine.

  9. Oh, I so love hydrangeas. I always feel that you get a lot of bang for your buck because they have all these mini-flowers that form one big flower. The colours here are gorgeous - soft lavenders and pinks. Sigh. I needed some floral therapy today, so thank you!

  15. First of all your violets photo in your header is beautiful. Now. All those gorgeous hydrangea blooms just made my day. I can almost smell the delicate scent and feel the warm breeze on my face as that's the only part of me, other than my hands, that are exposed these days. Beautiful blooms!! Thanks for sharing them with us.

  16. Wow, I'm late....I did see these on fb and left a comment, but they are gorgeous. Our youngest daughter's wedding flowers were blue hydrangeas. Her bouquet was one HUGE bloom. Her MIL raised them in OR and had a field of them she worked and harvested and sold to flower shops.
