Happy St. Patrick's Day To All....Even If You Are Not Irish!!

Went thru my archive of photos...

Searching for St Patricks Day photos...

Took these last year...with my buddy Devon...flashing her earrings...

We dined on Corned Beef...lazy Cabbage rolls...roast Yams...aspargus and grape tomatoes...

It was a very fun celebration of St Patricks Day...

                                             ************

Think I will head out to the grocery...

Pick me up a Corned Beef...a cabbage...some ground beef...tomato juice...

And...

Put together a delicious Irish dinner for my Irish boyfriend and myself♥️

I am sure this wee Leprechaun will be happy with that menu...

Check out our very own leprechaun..

This will be her third St Patricks Day....

Take a peek at those gone by...

The cutest Leprechuan...

     EVER!!!!!

She will be visiting again this week...

Perhaps I can coax her into posing for me again...

With her sunglasses...necklace...and wee Irish hat ♥️

                                ************************

Hope you all had a great weekend...

It feels good to be home...

Took a drive to the cottage yesterday...YIKES!!...more on that later...

Had a great Sunday with all my kids...good food and fun ♥️

Todays weather is on the soggy windy side...

Temps to drop thru the week...

At least a lot of the snow has melted....

Off to the grocery store...

Have a great day everyone!!

                     Cheers!  :o)

    3. Really really difficult!
Boil, then simmer for 2-3 hours!
      Think you can handle that?

  11. Happy St. Patrick's Day to you and the BF. Lovely photos, especially of little Miss V. One of your other visitors mentioned not finding corned beef in QC. We always enjoyed "brisket" when I lived in Montreal. Could that be the same? Glad you're enjoying home and family, LSK. :)

  12. Top o' the evening to ya!
I forgot all about it being St Patrick's Day even though we planned corned beef and cabbage for dinner.
Guess I had my mind on other things, like getting up and out of the house on time.
I did remember to wish my favorite, not-so-Irish, leprechaun son in law a happy birthday.

  14. Made an Irish dinner last year, but things sorta overwhelmed me the past few days...Lots of events to attend, that included lots of driving..(YUK...freeways in LA...nightmare)...then company....and then getting ready for our trip to OR. Not complaining...it was much good stuff, I'm just tired and one more bunch of company tomorrow....sigh~~~then I'm taking a long nap.
