Thanks To Everyone.....

Sincere thanks for all your well wishes...

As I have said many times before...

I have the best peeps EVER!

Spoke with my daughter several times today....

Miss V had a rough night....still has a very red throat and a nasty cough....

She had a 2 hour nap this afternoon....

She is eating and drinking...bit of fever...

If she is not better in the morning....back to the clinic....

Hopefully the antibiotics will kick in over night....

I spoke with her....she said " my throat is still sore, but I didn't cough as much" ♥️

Thanks again everyone...

It was a gorgeous day...gonna be in the 80's all week....

Countdown to Friday....

I promise to be back, with some Beachy photos....

Enjoy your evening...

For you Downton Fans...enjoy!

Hope our PVR taped them all at home....:o)

                 Cheers!  :o)

                       linda. ♥️

ps....Miss V wants to do some baking with her Nana♥️

  5. Maybe Little Miss V needs a bit of that great Australian tradition - Vegemite! ha ha, only kidding.
Glad to hear she is a little better and hope she responds soon. Must be ready for the bake-off next week :)

  10. So sorry to hear that your sweet little one is ill. I hope that by now she is feeling much better.
I too have come down with yet another terrible cold. My throat is very sore, and I am contemplating a trip to the Dr. tomorrow myself. This has been a terrible year so far, for my health. I am really sick to death of it all.
Enjoy your countdown week Boy that went by fast!!!

  12. Poor Miss V. It's no fun to have a sore throat as an adult, let alone a little one. Hope the antibiotics worked and she's feeling much better today. Enjoy your nice weather. It's supposed to get nice here this week too.

  16. I missed your previous post (just read it now) about Miss V but good to know she is starting to feel a bit better. It is difficult when the grands are ill and we are so far away. Our 3 have been battling colds and infections all winter long and our daughter (and her husband too) is so exhausted from sleepless nights and cranky runny nosed coughing kids. Life eh? I wish I was closer to them. :( You take care. It must be almost time for your northward trek right? Hugs. Pam
