Latest At The Lake.....

My Yellow Zuccinni is so adorable...

I love the furry leaves, and the little
veggie emerging...

What a great stir-fry we will have...

Well.....maybe some zuccinni bread...

Perhaps some breaded zuccinni slices...

I'll get back to you, when they are all grown up!!!   tee hee hee...:o)

Tomatoes are blooming....soon the fruit will appear...think I got all small tomatoes...the big ones always turn into weird shapes!!!   [in my experience anyway...the small cherry tomatoes are easier to grow....and mighty tasty!!]

So far.......1 lonely green pepper.......hopefully he will have some friends soon....

Datura again.....missed last weeks flower...see another big bud...probably miss that one as well....oh well...

Milkweeds are coming along nicely....soon the Hummingbirds will arrive, and then the Monarchs....straight into Fall...did I just say Fall???? Sorry about that...slip of the lip...

Some of the Hostas are putting out their flowers...this is the big one, with the garden gnome underneath....always a showstopper...:o)

Just for fun, I thought I would show you this sign I picked up a few years ago...must have been from the 50's....pretty hysterical...

I am thinking about # 2,3,5 and the last one!!!!

Looks like I am a million miles away....

I think I was....

Dreaming of another day
at the Lake....:o)

    That's better....

Sporting my new sundress, from Walmart...been thinking I might go back and see if they have anymore, in a different pattern...

My little neighbour Frankie came for a visit...sweet...

                   Beautiful.......

                                     Cheers!        :o)

Popped by for the feel good factor, I am never disappointed with your super gardens Linda, you must work very hard to keep them looking so superb! Humming birds did you say?? I can't believe it!

You look very glamorous in your sundress too, pleased that you are having some sun!

  3. Yummy zucchini, I love it grilled on the bbq. I've got hostas sending up flower spiked and some are opening. It was a really, really, really, hot day. We just had a thunder storm and now I think it is hotter!!!! Thank goodness for air conditioning.

  4. I can't believe your zuchinni is forming already. Your cottage is a beautiful spot. We are going to have the humidity you have had for the next couple of days. I'll be glad for some heat myself. It was downright chilly today!
