Here it is...
Another year later...
Another Mother's Day...
Time to celebrate...
I have chosen a few tulips, that I had taken at the cottage...
We escaped on Thursday afternoon...
And came home late yesterday afternoon....
Friday was a rainy day...
My boyfriend and I got a lot of "rainy day" chores done...
You know...the kind where you would have been mad...inside... doing them, if it were a nice day out!!!
My daughter Erika sent me this little "sign" the other day.....How fitting eh??
This quaint picture...
Is of me....
And my 3 kids....
Summer of 1980...
Tube-top and all!!!
HAHAHAHA!
Another of my favorite photos...
This creamy-touch-of-green Hydrangea...
For all the mothers out there!!
Pink Rose Of Sharron...
Another favorite...
Pink Cosmos...
Love these....
And...
Last...
But...
Not...
Least...
Vivian...
The best Mothers Day present...
I could ever receive...
She started crawling this last week!!!
Now....she is extra busy!!!
Always on the go!!!
Remember when she was this teeny-weey!!!
Hope you all had a great weekend so far...
We worked very hard...took some pics....will share later...
Just wanted to make sure I wished everyone a
Happy Mothers Day
We all deserve it!!!
What are your plans for the day??
I will be watching Vivian for about 1 1/2 hours around noon...
Then...a leisurely shower...get dolled up...out for dinner...
We are going to Milestones...very nice restaurant...
They have a gluten-free menu as well as a few vegetarian items...
Perfect
Everyone will be looked after....:o)
Hope you al have a wonderful day...whatever your plans are...
The sun is shining...but it looks a bit nipply...oh well...
Enjoy this Mothers Day my friends...
You have all earned it!!!
Cheers! :o)

Love that sign, second daughter should have one of those as she is always telling me she says things that I said and that she thought she would never say :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great day.
Funny,eh...what goes around comes around!!!
DeleteHope you have a lovely day!
Oh, I love that picture of you and your three babies! Adorable!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the day....sounds like you have lovely plans! I've been flooded with presents and they said I won't be cooking. Can't ask for more than that. :)
That's for sure Betsy...
DeleteIt is always an occasion when you and I are freed from the kitchen!!!
Hope you have a great day!
Happy Mothers day dear Linda, amazing pictures!!
ReplyDeleteI love these pictures when the kids were little!
Why thanks Gloria....same to you!!!
DeleteLove your family photo! And I think we all wore tube tops at one time. Even my mother did!! Your flower photos are so beautiful and I love that hydrangea one! Son and girlfriend are taking us and her parents to Montana's for supper. :) Looking forward to a nice evening. Vivian is so cute and I can't believe she's wanting to crawl. Our youngest grand wants to bypass the crawling stage and move on to walking at 9 months. He hasn't accomplished it yet but tries so hard. Hugs, Pam
ReplyDeleteHope you have a wonderful dinner, Pam.
DeleteVivian is crawling...hell on wheels!!! hahaha!!!
She can't sit still for a minute!!
I guess the walking won't be long!
