Spring Floral Arrangement...

A couple of weeks ago...

I brought these Tulips home from my garden at the cottage...

My daughter had given me these 4 HUGE cut Hydrangeas a few days before...

The Hydrangeas were a Pink/Green combo...

When I brought the Tulips home...

I thought this arrangement was rather pretty...

And showcased both the Tulips and the Hydrangeas...

I just tossed the Tulips today...

The Hydrangeas are now dry...

And still on my hall table...

To welcome everyone...

Enjoy....

I took some pictures this last weekend, of the latest crop of Tulips...

And I must say.......they were spectacular!!!!

Hope you all had a great day....
Hardly any rain today....but boy that thunder last night was AWESOME!!!!

My thoughts go out to the people in Oklahoma...
Thankfully my bloggy pal Tammy is AOK....
Mother Nature can be very cruel sometimes....

On the menu tonight...

Baked Filet of Sole....Long Grain & Wild Rice....Asparagus with Parmesan..

Could you not just eat ASPARAGUS EVERY DARN NIGHT!!!

Getting pretty dark and thundery out there....

              Keep safe...

                                 Cheers!  :o)

  5. Very nice! I have a few tulips still hanging on and looking pretty. They must be a later blooming variety as the rest dropped their petals and gave up the ghost long ago.

    Lots of prayers for Oklahoma.

    1. Must be, 'cause I have the same thing happening...I also think that heat wave a few weeks back, made the daffodils and tulips bloom early, and then the heat destroys them....ahhhh nature...

  6. Your flowers are beautiful. I love the hydrangeas and they will last a long time once dried. We had another rainy day today and more coming tomorrow and the rest of the week. It's just never ending, except for a few hours this evening.

  8. The flower arrangement looks wonderful. My tulips are just about finished for another year, but lots coming into bloom to replace them. The thunder and heavy rain have been terrific the past couple of days. Hope tomorrow is clear as it is granddaughter's first soccer game. She is 3.5 and has been waiting to play on a soccer team for ages, watching big brother isn't as much fun as playing.
