Just happened to pop in before I wrote a post and I was so pleased to see your lilacs. One of my favorite flowers although I have none to speak of! I have a new garden bed in my mind (you know how that works) and I have a beautiful lilac bush in the background. Hmmmm...what else? Haven't thought that far. Any suggestions?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture of you pretty lady! You have incredible eyes and such a fabulous smile!!
Dinner sounds very good at your place. A very muggy warm afternoon here today as well. I'm off to do my post as I'm going to be knee deep in the dirt tomorrow! Love to Miss V!
XO,
Jane
Hydrangeas go well with Lilacs....

DeleteMy lilacs are about done for this year, but I'm pretty sure I can conjure up how yours must be smelling. Oh, they're my favorite!

I thought mine were late this year...must have been the nip in the air at the cottage....
DeleteI don't think my lilacs have bloomed yet!
ReplyDeletePretty flowers..and even a selfie tonight!
Get out there and check!
DeleteHeavenly scented lilacs, I could take a chair and sit under them all day long and breathe in the aroma.
ReplyDeleteOh...now there's an idea!
DeleteI can almost smell the lilacs here. We are going to the orchard tomorrow to take photos of the blossoms. Love your selfie! xo Pam

DeleteYour lilacs look like they are at their prime. I think ours are already on their way out. They are beautiful, though and smell amazing. Cute photo of you...what was so amusing, Linda?
ReplyDeleteHopefully this heat hasn't made them fade faster...there were still a lot unopened....
DeleteNothing much...you know...just happy to be relaxing....
Beautiful lilacs Linda and beautiful shots!
ReplyDeleteWhy thanks Gloria...
