Cutest Chickadee...♥️

I must say...I am so happy that the birds have returned to my yard...

The Chickadees are plentiful...as well as the Nuthatch...

I have been unable to capture them yet this Season...

I will keep on trying!!

We had a day trip to the cottage today...

Drove thru a few snowstorms on the way there and back...

Got some nice shots of some Horses being "frisky" with each other...hahaha!

Nothing "X" rated...don't worry!!

There was less snow again at the cottage...but still huge drifts on the west...

We put the furnace on at 50*F...

And I put the electric blanket on our mattress  on "low"...

We hope to have our first sleepover...maybe...next Saturday!!!

No water...but we have done that before...no problem for one night!!

I will do Easter dinner on Good Friday...that way...everyones weekend will be free for other things...

Hope you are all having a great day...

Quite chilly and windy here...-2*c...brisk north wind...

It was 0*c at the cottage...but luckily no wind!

Pork tenderloin tonight...mashed taters...grilled veggies...

Enjoy your weekend...

                            Cheers!  :o)

  12. Aren't electric blankets just the most wonderful inventions ever for cold weather?!? We only started using one a few years ago and we both still just talk about how much we love getting into a warm bed! Ha! Maybe it is because we are getting "old". ;) Sweet little birds. They all bring so much joy to those of us who watch them. =) blessings ~ tanna

  15. Always love your sense of humour and your photos, of course. Today is a catch up day as we arrived home late last night after a stressful time trying to catch a connecting flight at the huge Atlanta airport. And made it home safely, gratefully. Something to be said for driving trips, ha, ha..Enjoy the rest of your weekend and take care.

  18. Hi Linda. Getting caught up here with you. Still looks pretty icy and cold at the cottage, eh? You look adorable, in your sneakers, and in front of the mirror in the cottage!
I adore the birds. I love them all. But my favorites are the Orioles, which have just returned. The males, that is. The females will come in a couple weeks. The Bluebirds, and Hummers. I love the titmouse, the finch, and Cedar Waxwings too. Oh heck, I love them all.
    Be sweet.
