Ending Off Last Weekend....Just In TIme For Another!

Saturday started out beautiful...then turned cloudy...then rained...

When the kids arrived, to celebrate an early Fathers Day...we spent an hour or so inside...

Sun came out again, and we all went for a walk with Lola...

We sat on the beach deck, and then had dinner inside...

We were able to spend some more time out there after dinner...

When the kids left around 9pm, the sunset was glorious!!

My Zuchinni plant has flowers! Yippee!! Perhaps some wee fruit this weekend!

 Sunday morning was glorious...

Sunny...

Windy...

Boyfriend read his book on the beachdeck, while I got showered and cleaned up!!

We were meeting Erika and Miss V for a Fathers day dinner...

They could not make it the day before with the other kids...
We are packed and ready to leave for another weekend...

Forecast looking pretty wet for the weekend...fingers crossed we get a couple of good days!!

Have a great weekend...see you all next week...or maybe sooner!!

Cheers!  :o)

  3. Oh I hope it's not a total washout Linda. We've both had enough rain to last us through July I think. Have fun no matter what. What is the name of the yellow flower just before the sunset photo? xx Pam

    oh that sunset.
even in the rain it's a "glorious" place to be. that was my gram's favorite descriptive word.
took me back. made me happy.

  9. Beautiful set of flower photos and love the shot of the front of the cottage.
Loved the sunsets ~ I think the first the best because I like the way the water fades into the background.
Hope you spoiled the b/f something rotten and waited on him hand, foot and finger for Father's Day . . . . . rofl . . . :)

    1. We had the fence put in about 3 years ago....the original white picket gave up!
I designed this one to be higher off the ground...and bigger space between the pickets!
We decided to leave it au naturel! Enough fence painting!
