Poolside With Miss V.......♥️

This week with Miss V by the pool....

We must get the heater on, so we can actually get IN!

She loves chasing the ball around.....but....scary for Nana & Papa!

Hope you all had a great day....

Beautiful day here...no humidity....and no rain!

We went to IKEA, and out to Swiss Chalet for lunch!

Ordered a new garage door....quite a tough thing to pick, with all the styles they have!

Hopefully I made the right choice for the look of our home...

Off to the cottage in the morning....must be lush out there...lots of rain!

Boyfriend will need to cut the grass....while I sweep up the keys! Geesh,....lots this year!

What were you up to today....anything exciting?  Do tell......

Enjoy your evening....

Cheers!  :o)

Using my ipad again....cheater! Hahaha!

  2. She's a little angel! Spent some time in the garden today digging in the dirt and listening to the sounds of nature. We've had a lot of rainy days around here and couldn't resist stepping outside on this gorgeous sunny day!

  5. Miss V looks so sweet in her poolside attire. Pink in her outfit, pink flowers, pink ball!
Tonight I was at a concert in the Distillery with some friends who were singing with Lorraine Foreman who has had an amazing musical theatre career including on Broadway. She is now 86, but boy, can she still pump out the tunes and she looks wonderful. It was a night of nostalgia!

  6. You are too clever, blogging on an iPad. I never would have noticed! Miss V is so cute, but how do you keep her from jumping in the pool? It looks so inviting with that pink ball floating in there :)

    Enjoy the cottage visit.

  8. Sweet pics of V but it makes me nervous to see children around a pool too. Sunny today, rain tomorrow, sunny Saturday and rain Sunday. So up and down. Yesterday I had a pedicure - my first since last August!! Today I get my hair done and go shopping. :) Have a great day Linda!

  9. My goodness she is growing fast. Once they start school they change so much. Our Riley seems so grown up now at five. :) Just imagine Miss V heading off to school. You asked if I miss the old neighbourhood.....no! Just the sidewalks. :) I love it where I am now. It's going to be a scorcher today and then rain coming. I'm just getting ready to meet Jess and Gwynn for shopping and lunch. Gwynn has been sick with flu and is finally back to herself. She needs some spoiling from nan. Enjoy your day Linda. Deb

    2. Hi Linda:)
Yes I will miss him but will still see him the one day plus when I visit, and if ever I want to take him somewhere I am sure I could do so on another day. Lisa has finished her university year and will be a qualified teacher ~ when she gets a job there will be two salaries coming in and they will be able to afford to let Peter go to nursery school for two days a week so he can spend more time with other kids. Will do him good. When Selina's baby comes, when he/she gets older I will be able to help look after him/her in addition so that will be very nice as well . . . sharing with the other widowed grandmother . . . :)

Looking forward to the wedding ~ we are all going to be in smart grey tailed suits and waistcoats, including little Peter who is going to be a pageboy . . . . awww . . :) I will be posting that one, definitely!!!! . . . :)

      Have a good week . .
