Those sammies will be in our future. Turkey carcass in the crockpot overnight with veggies for soup tomorrow ... we have a cold clipper headed our way in Northern Michigan so the turkey soup will be tasty. LOVE a good, hearty soup with some crusty good bread, a nice piece of cheese, a fruit salad for dessert and a nice crisp glass of wine ... let the wind howl!! Linda
ReplyDeleteEnjoy!!
DeleteHey Linda, your sandwich looks delicious, although I couldn't eat it if you paid me to. We had a great day with family and lots of food. I just finished cleaning the kitchen for the final time today and I'm beat. I was in the kitchen by 7 a.m. and stayed there until dinner was served around 1 p.m. This day with family was worth every bit of it. Hope you have a great weekend. Heading to your cottage?
ReplyDeleteBecause of the meat???
DeleteI know what you mean about being in the kitchen all day!!
Did you have your fire??
We will go on Saturday...and close her for another year :o(
Scrumptious sammie! Just got in from a lovely pizza dinner with a good friend. Have not felt up to eating out for two months, so I was a bit nervous, but everything was fine.
