I Spy....WIth My Little Eye....

Wednesday morning...
As I putzed around the living room...
Cleaning up my Geraniums on my living room window shelf...
I noticed a lot of action in the front garden!
There were about 5 Robins...bobbing about!
One in particular...was really enjoying the bird bath...
I ran to get my camera...as soon as I opened it...the battery died!!
Back to the kitchen...and grabbed my smaller camera from my purse...
Tried to zoom in, but it is not as powerful as the big one...
No time to go upstairs and get another battery...
SO...I went with the smaller one...
The pics aren't too bad...
It was still rather foggy and dull that morning...
the sun was taking its time to shine...
All in all...
I think he had a grand time...
Any Robins still hanging around in your yard??

Later that afternoon...

After a bike ride...

And a trip to the park...

I spied another visitor to my "forest"...

I spy Miss V!!

Hiding behind the golden Miscanthus grasses...

How cute is that??

Hope you are all having a great day....
Clouds are coming in...rain overnight...
Boyfriend home tonight...just in time for the rain!! :o(

What a week this has been weather wise...I wish it would never end...
Enjoy your evening...

                         Cheers!  :o)

    2. You know what? I dunno which is right. It's one of those words I can never get. Yes, Sunday night is the last day. Halloween decor comes down tomorrow and xmas goes up, as I don't celebrate Thanksgiving in November. Which I love because it means MORE Christmas decorating fun.

When do you put your xmas out?

  5. Oh, how cute! I thought your birdbath was hanging at first. I had to take a second look. I haven't seen any Robins at the lake, but I have been seeing Cardinals. What does that mean? We usually only see them in the dead of winter.

  7. What cute pics of the robin! We had some around a week ago but I haven't noticed them this week. Miss V looks cute hiding in the 'bushes'. Glad your boyfriend got home. Sad the nice weather has ended. Going to be 14 tomorrow but cloudy and 11 on Saturday with sun. I expect we'll be doing outdoor stuff on Saturday while it's nice. Take care and have a great weekend.

Aw, look at your other cute "birdie" - red like a robin. Her camouflage is perfect!
Was at the opera tonight, tomorrow night and Sunday afternoon. My ears will be overflowing!
They put up the big Christmas tree at the Distillery in preparation for the Christmas Market. They won't decorate it for a while though.
