Last Thursday's Beach....

I had taken a few shots of the beach at the cottage, last Thursday when we were out there...

It was quite low again..

The stones pushed up in a ridge...from the waves created by the high winds the week before...

This big rock I am standing on is new....always different...

On a sad note...to Pamela [Playing with my camera] and Linda [aka crafty gardener]...

The tiny stone that was lodged between the big concrete...

Is gone.......

Guess it got dislodged last week....

I was really looking forward to it still being there........but it is gone...

But there was a new round well that surfaced...

Actually a   nice sandy part...

And a beautiful cloud pattern..in the clear blue sky!!!!

There was also this feather...

Seems that there is always a feather...

Some fluffier than others...

But still...

A feather....

On the menu tongiht...

Roasted whole chicken...

Mashed potatoes...

Gravy...

Fresh yellow & green beans...

Hope you are all having a great day...

Sunny here..bit warmer...

Thought I should start to add back my flowers at the end of my posts...

Being that there is not much colorful to look at...:o)

I think these crisp fresh Zucchinni Florets will do quite nicely...

Can't wait to plant them again this Summer....:o)

Enjoy the rest of your day...

                              Cheers!   :o)

  2. Awww, the pebble is gone. Oh well. It's amazing the power of the winds and tides isn't it? That is a cool 'well' that showed up. It must be a piece of culvert. And that big piece of rock or concrete? Amazing. The power of the tide. I always enjoy seeing your cottage and beach pictures. The zucchinni blossom is beautiful and a nice bright spot in the day. Snowing here and -4. It looks very pretty out.

  3. I like your ever changing beach. I took pictures of the stones too, at Windmill Point. One had a tiny rabbit shaped thing (maybe a cookie cutter, I can't remember now), but it was on my mother in law's camera. It was like a "Where's Waldo" kind of photo.

  6. Very calm waters and moody skies, just wonderful. I may have mentioned it before. I have a thing for feathers that are found. "like finding angels"
