What a First Christmas for wee Vivian...
Her Uncle gave her 4 Muppet characters...
Or Sesame Street characters...but I believe they are also Muppets...
I am sure..that they are the ones that he remembered from his childhood....
I think we still have some of his in the closet.....
I will have to check that out...
Big Bird...
Grover...
Cookie Monster...me want cookies....
And.........of course......Ernie...[or...as my boyfriend calls him "Bernie"...kind of an Ernie Bert mix..hahaha]
She already watches Sesame Street...
And she certainly seemed thrilled to meet them in person...
Hope you all had a great day...
Cleared Christmas from the Family Room...
And rounded up all my assorted Snow People...
Packed away for another season...
Tomorrow will be the tree.....needles everywhere....
But......my boyfriend will help me!!!!
Hope you all had an awesome New Years Eve...
We enjoyed our meal...and even had a few dances...tee hee hee
We love to dance....
Tonights menu was Pot Roast....with roasted veggies..
Broccoli and delicious gravy....
Enjoy the rest of your evening....
Cheers! :o)

Awwww, so sweet. Vivian is a little cutie and I'm sure she will love Sesame Street as she grows older. Most of my Christmas decor is down but I left a few wintery things around. The tree will come down tomorrow. Such a big job! I'll miss the lights. ;(
ReplyDeleteYes Pamela...I will miss the lights as well...
DeleteI'm sure they will be great friend for many years! :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite, though, is that picture on your sidebar with her snuggled up on grandpa! She looks so tiny there! So sweet!
One of my favorites as well, Betsy...
DeleteThat was taken around the end of September...my how she has grown!!!
I'm never sure which characters are Muppets and which are not, although my kids (now in college) could tell you! It looks like you had a very special Christmas with that adorable little sweetie pie!! My decorations will stay up another week or so. I never want to take them down. Happy New Year! Linda
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting Linda...my tree has to come down...dropping needles!!
DeleteWell I think she loved the muppets!! We always have a "Grover" doll or two around, as that is our last name!!
ReplyDeleteMy kids loved Sesame Street characters. But my grands don't seem too interested in them.
I think they are darling though.
Happy New Year!!

Cool...Grover!!!
DeleteShe seems to like the show so far...time will tell..
LOVE the sidebar photo of Vivian and her Granddaddie! So sweet!! I remember my children watching Sesame Street as toddlers. Seems so long ago, anymore. Sigh. Our children grow up so fast and how nice when they give us more babies to smooch : ) Enjoy your precious Vivian! I wish you and yours a lovely New Year.
ReplyDeleteSame to you Jean...thanks for visiting..
DeleteMy kids all watched Sesame St. and then the grands watched it.
ReplyDeleteGreat learning tool....... Off to Costco and Micheals today...
Still snowing like crazy!! Well we do live in the Great White North....
Off to buy more stuff, Linda??? hahaha...
DeleteWe had a few flakes this am..bright, sunny and cold now..
Vivian is the true meaning of WIDE EYED WONDER!
ReplyDeleteAren't her eyes fabulous!!!!
DeleteOne can never go wrong with the Sesame Street.
ReplyDeleteCan you tell me how to get to Sesame Street????
DeleteSuch expression in her eyes. Sesame Street is a fantastic show, my Little Pumpkin loves Elmo (call her that because she was born on Hallowe'en).
ReplyDeleteBorn on Halloween, eh???
DeleteThat is 2 people now that I know born then...
How cute that you call her your little pumpkin :o)
Soooooo cute! You can tell she is mesmerized by those stuffed toys.
ReplyDeleteShe lights up everytime...and that crazy piano I got her...she laughs if we bang it in the other room...
DeleteMom, I love your blog. The pictures are beautiful and your comments are hilarious. Great job Mom xoxo
ReplyDeleteThanks Lissa...I try!!!!
