Ahhhh...Nature...
First I spied a sweet little Junco....
Eating underneath the feeder...
Beside my Yucca...which is looking darn good!!!
She was a transplant from the cottage about 3 years ago...and it looks like she likes it here!!!
Suddenly....right under my nose....LITERALLY...as I was in my kitchen...
Something rather large....sitting on a solar light...hands full of seeds...
Darn that pesky Red!!!
He has never eaten out of these 2 small feeders I have hanging in my Rose of Sharon....It is meant for the tiny cute eensie weensie adorable small birdies...
NOT RED!!!!!
But......
As usual...
He finds every drop of seed that I shell out for my fine feathered friends...
" Hey......Linda....Are you Lookin' at me????
Yeah...you....Linda....You got a problem????"
Oh well.......what are you going to do???
Even the hot chili mix didn't deter him this time....hahaha.......
Even his little lips are red!!!!
At least he doesn't eat the Nyger seed that I put out for the Finches!!!
Hope you all had a great day...
Still pretty nipply here....
I found some picture of this time last year...UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
On the menu tonight...
Rotisserie Chicken [costco]...french fries...Swiss Chalet Sauce.......
Enjoy your evening....
Cheers! :o)

DeleteThose red squirrels can be such pests. Glad we don't have any of those down where we live. Strange you have one and we don't. We just have a an army of black and grey ones!
ReplyDeleteI thin RED scared the black and grey ones away!!! Very bossy!!
