A bit of fresh soil...

And a fertilize...

And....about 6 weeks ago...I noticed a lot of new buds...

I decided to chronicle their new growth...

And....i now present to you...

  1. Love your header ! I love African Violets to and have 5 of them all different colours , my mum was the one that got me into them years ago . Mine are at rest now but I also have two Christmas Cactus that are ready to burst both different colours and my Geraniums I brought in are still in bloom ! I love having blooming plants indoors during the colder weather makes it that much cheerier . Windy , chilly with big puffy clouds and the sun popping out every now and then Thanks for sharing ! Have a good day !

  3. Your purple and pink violets are gorgeous, Linda. You must treat them with lots of TLC. I haven't had a violet in a long time as I kind of kill them. Love your new header! What a great photo that is. Have a good day tomorrow. Pam

    1. Not sure how people "kill" their violets...perhaps too much water?

  7. Love love love the new header Linda!!! Love Mr purple pants and Miss pink pants, I can kill houseplants just by looking at them, so your skill in keeping them alive and blooming amazes me. xxx. P.s I don't give them the evil eye, I've just not got the houseplant touch, better out in the garden...

  8. The only house plants I manage to keep alive are jade plants, because they don't mind going bone dry more often than they are watered. Okay, yes, that's right. I do have a spider plant that I've kept living since my trip to NYC two years ago. (Can't let Judy shrivel up and die, can I?) But I love plants and I wish my thumb was greener. I'd have a house full of them if only they wouldn't shrivel up and die.
    :0)

    Your plants are beautiful.
