Doesn;t he look awesome peeking thru my Porcupine Grass...

Just....waiting for me or my boyfriend to toss out a few peanuts...

"We're coming......hang onto your horses!"  {wonder where that saying came from...}

And all ended well...

Peanuts for the Masses!!! hahaha!

Hope you all had a great day...

Glorious and sunny here....but VERY WINDY!!!!  

Spent most of my day travelling to daughter#1's...to feed the cats...

Took some pics of their awesome gardens and Halloween display...

Her and her husband are vacationing in Maine for a week...

In a cottage....right on the Ocean....Heavenly!!!

She actually said....that it reminds her of our cottage...what a sweetie!!!!

My boyfriend has contacted another roofer...and promises it on Monday...

HALLELUJAH!!!!

On the menu tonight...

        BBQ'D Cajun Boston Bluefish...

              Saffron rice....

                Loaded spinach salad...mushrooms,tomatoes,bacon bits,sliced almonds,hard boiled 
                                             egg...smothered in yogurt mustard dressing....

  1. I do love your little birdie pal - so cute peeking out from behind the grasses. Good luck with the new roofer - I knew there was something funny about moose man! Perhaps it was just the idea of the moose that was getting to me! Hope you enjoyed the fish. xx

  3. Gorgeous cardinal ... my favourite bird.
    Hope the roof gets sorted out soon.
    Sure was chilly and windy here all day, stayed inside setting up new netowrk, computer and Apple tv. All working great.

    We had a cold, stiff wind today too. Not looking forward to months of that, but am grateful for our warm house and the pile of firewood on the back porch.
    I missed the roofer story... Wonder what I was doing?

  7. Beautiful pictures of Mr. Cardinal, Linda. I wish I would have one visit my yard. We had rains showers and strong southerly winds all day here and it was as warm as 16 at noon. Going down to 2 tonight and sunshine for tomorrow.
