Hi Linda - so nice to drop by. I am just in from driving these roads and it is just a mess out there. It hasn't stopped snowing for two days. Love your photos, #14 my favorite although I like the ones of you, too. You are such a pretty lady. I see why your boyfriend likes to photograph you. I am done my shopping, wrapping, decorating and now I just want an egg-nog. It is full speed ahead with cat-sitting now as all my clients have left on their flights. I can just imagine what the airports are like...geesh! Glad I'm staying put.
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend. Deb
Thanks Deb...had a great weekend...family get together yesterday at my daughters..
DeleteWe are covered in ice today!
You know, if I could, I'd make that cottage habitable all year round. The photos are just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteNo can do,......we thought about it...it is what it is♥ And we love it!
DeleteI got very excited to see you in the pictures. Lovely...You are just a lovely as your blog and words. Miss V must love her sleepovers and spending time with you and your boyfriend.
ReplyDeleteOur grandson that was away at college in Illinois, got home last night for Christmas break ~ I'm can't wait till Christmas to see him. Your dinner sounds delicious...we had white chicken enchiladas last night and made some potato soup for tonight. Love hearing your menus.
Why thanks Wanda...you are very kind♥
DeleteHope you see your grandson ASAP!!!
Will keep doing my menus....it seems to be popular!
Wow Linda, talk about snow, that is an amazing amount you have there! It looks so beautiful though, as do you plants sillouetted (can't spell, you know what I mean!) against the snow and sky. You look lovely too, your boyfriend took great pictures. I like the selfie of you both. Hope that you don't get nasty ice. Have fun with the wrapping - have you got your bows and tags! Not saying happy xmas yet, as we will "speak" again yet!! xx
ReplyDeleteOh, and great new header photo - like the falling snowflakes!! xx
DeleteWe got the nasty ice!!!! Overnite!
DeleteThanks for your sweet comments, Amy!
I handed my boyfriend the camera...and said...take a picture of ME!!! hahaha!
I love these photos of the lake with all the white, grey and neutral colours. Also they are great pics of you!! It's been snowing all day here again as it did most of yesterday. Crazy weather. It's just non stop. So take care and enjoy the weekend.
ReplyDeleteIced in today....a lot of power outages...but, not us...so far!!
DeleteI believe the storm is headed your way, Pam!
Lovely photos...I like that cold, wintry, sepia look to them! And I love the ones of you by yourself out in the snow! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteYes...the sun was so dim, behind all the cloud...I love the way they came out!
DeleteWonderful photos ! I do like the ones of you very lovely and your wonderful header to . With all the rain we have had today our snow is going and fast . It has been crazy weather for sure and with these ice storms that are to be coming I think we may loose hydro out here so we are prepared . Supper sounds YUMMY ! Thanks for sharing . Have a good cozy safe weekend !
ReplyDeleteHope you kept your power, Elaine.....
DeleteLots if ice here today...stay safe out there!
I like your black and white gloves!

Our weather has been soggy, soggy, soggy!
The fog was so thick this afternoon it looked like a blizzard.
Thanks Martha.....I appreciate that♥
DeleteIcy here today...how about you?
Guess our proximity to the great lake kept us from freezing over this time. There was some ice build up in areas close to Rochester, but nothing like ice storms of the past.
DeleteLovely pictures!
ReplyDeleteThanks Furry.......
DeleteThe cottage looked lovely but cold. Everything here is coated in some ice this morning ... haven't ventured out with the camera yet. More to come as the day progresses. What a first day of winter!
ReplyDeleteYes...the first day SUCKED!!! hahaha!
DeleteNow, waiting for the first day of SPRING!
How nice to see everything in the snow. I love that photo of you standing out there, you look so happy! I hope you have a good weekend.
ReplyDelete:o)
DeleteIt looks so cold there. Beautiful but cold. I'm looking forward to seeing what the cottage looks like in the spring. Glad you have some wrapping done. I've done nothing.
ReplyDeleteI ahve a wee bit more wrapping...don't worry...you'll get it all done, Kathy!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous shots!!
Merry Christmas sweet friend!!

And to you, Kris♥
DeleteStunning photos of all the snow although I'm sure it must bring it's problems. Your meal sounds divine too. Have a happy Christmas.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jay...........same to you!
