  6. Now that's the spirit, bring on the blooms! I have found more than normal "tragedies" in the yard for this time of year also. I guess the birds are having weather issues too:) Oh look at me, I'm spelling my words right today. Yesterday I could barely type after putting down more than 4 yards of mulch. Glad you're feeling better, Linda. Great shots!

  12. Love the clarity in your photos, capturing intersting plant lfe and those delightful birds.
I am always amazed at how some hardy plants can flourish in such inhospitable places, like on the beach.

Hope next time you go it will be warner for you but that open fire looks very inviting. I'd love to roast some chestnuts they - ok if I pop over? lol

  14. Ah, the gold finch. Love those fluffy little butts. Hang in there, Linda. I hear it will be nice next week. It was so dull, rainy and dark here today that all I could think of doing was 'hunting' for some treasures at a local flea market/antique shop. I came home with two new treasures (pottery) and then my son texted us to say "come for dinner". So, all in all it was a fun day. :) Hope tomorrow we see some sun, eh! Hugs, Deb
