How do you tell a boy Red from a girl Red???? |
Did Linda put peanuts in there for us??? Are you going to eat them all? |
Absolutely...I intend to eat every last morsel...now "Get Lost"... |
So....
The month of May begins....
Hope it is warmer...sunnier...greener...brighter...drier...
Is that too much to ask??? I think not!
Today is still blustery...scattered rain showers...huge black clouds...
The never-ending bad weather continues...
Took these shots the other day...during a "dry" "sunny" moment...
Hope you are all having a great day...
Cheers! :o)

Happy May Day!!
Lovely photos ! Oh I know I just posted that this time last year we were in a heat wave and how all our flowers were in full bloom and yet now it is still a bit chilly and things are ever so slowly blooming ! Happy May hope it gets better for all ! Thanks for sharing . Have a good week !
ReplyDeleteI remember that Elaine....MUCH slower this year. :o(
DeleteIt's windy and chilly here today! I'm freezing inside! Having a hot cup of tea. lol.
ReplyDeleteRed is looking cute. Doesn't he have a girl friend yet? (besides Miss V, I mean!)
Me too! Been cold all day....bit of a head cold as well....
DeleteNot sure if that was his girlfriend!!!
His ♥️ still belongs to Miss V!
Great photos again, as usual, Linda. Love the daffodils. Our season for them has just ended.
ReplyDeleteYou ask how you can tell a girl red from a boy red?
Well, if a red squirrel chases another - then the one chasing is usually a boy and the one being chased is a girl! The exception is during leap years when it is OK for the women to do the chasing! Do you understand how it works now? ROFL Joking aside those reds are beautiful.
I cut those ones, and have them on the dining room table!
DeleteNot sure about your theory....but I won't argue with you! Hahaha!
Enjoy your evening Eddie.....
beautiful spring shots, I sure hope May is warmer!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou and me both, Laurie!
DeleteGet lost, haha. You're so funny. I hope this is your month!
ReplyDeleteMe too Jennifer....me too!
DeleteOh no! Baby 'Reds'!!! Horrors! Double lock those bathroom windows!
ReplyDeleteOMG! Remember that? Hahaha!
DeleteHow would I recognize a baby?
Would they be really really small?
Well, you`re not alone. It`s rained for 3 days here and it`s only going up to the teens tomorrow. I love those pansies. I planted some purple ones in my turquoise flower pot today and they look pretty. But...apricot ones are my favorite. No V pictures today. Give her a hug for me. Deb
ReplyDeleteTell me about it, Deb.....
DeleteCrap!
Lissa brought those Pansies for Easter♥️
I have taken a few pics of Miss V....perhaps a post on the weekend♥️
Will do....the hug I mean!
Our May started with wind and rain too. Beautiful pictures though.
ReplyDeleteHi Tracey....thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteJane x
Well......guess I should come over there and have a peek!
DeleteLove your reds! Ours are just grey.
ReplyDeleteAnd so is the sky...
Oh...a Red sky would be waaaay better.....
DeleteSo lovely to see round the garden! Looks as though Red 1 and Red 2 are having lots of fun! xx
ReplyDeleteYes....they were giggling and carrying on!
DeleteBeautiful green and yellow spring photos and Mr. and Ms. Red are pretty cute! Isn't the weather dreary? It is supposed to warm up here the next few days but will still be raining off and on along with some sunny breaks. Better than no sun at all I guess. xo Pam
ReplyDeleteThey are cute.....and mischievous!
DeleteThe weather is darn dreary Pam....supposed to see some sun today...
Hang in there....
Oh I do hope so! I am SO far behind in my blogging, and visiting blogs! Been so crazy busy. Hope to catch up soon.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Kris
Hi Kris...I must get over to yours as well....busy. Busy. Busy......
DeleteDid that little nut-eater say, "Get lost"? How rude. Yes, it's May, and may May be (well, maybe) a warmer month. Yes, that's it. See, I almost got confused trying to sound smart.
ReplyDeleteHe is a rude little nut-eater isn't he Blue?
ReplyDeleteI agree...maybe May will be warmer....maybe....maybe not.....we'll wait and see! Maybe.......
Happy May Linda! My walk was a little more pleasant today than yesterday. I was able to not wear my winter hat and gloves! Raining off and on but definitely warmer.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
