And The Love Affair Continues.....♥️

My love affair with the Kalanchoe plant continues...

All of these plants were purchased before Christmas...

Yes...you heard me...before Christmas!!!

They bloomed like crazy then...

And the wee potted ones are on their second flush!!

The White one is a larger one...has continuously bloomed...

And I see a spike of new flowers...

Just in time for Easter!

Oh yes...I also have an Easter Cactus blooming...

Very thrilled about that...must get a picture!! for the record!!

The one above...in the small hob nail cup...is reaching for the stars!!

No blooms...but plenty of growth...

Had to share one of my Violets in bloom...

Isn't she beautiful???

And the Moon last night...

Should be full by the weekend...

Hope you are all having a great day...

Kinda dull and chilly here...but the wind has gone to rest!!

Just heading out for a grocery run...and..a trip to Homesense!!

Breakfast for dinner tonight...we had a roast ham on Sunday...

Lots of leftovers!!

Enjoy your day...

                                Cheers!  :o)

  2. You sure do have a green thumb Linda! My big white Kalanchoe is still blooming but has some dead petals on it too. The small pink one that I got last fall hasn't bloomed all winter but it sure is growing. I fertilized them, when I watered last week, for the first time so I'm hoping the small one will bloom again. Your violet is very pretty. It's windy here today and we've had a few snow squalls or flurries. Not too warm. The forecast for the weekend isn't nice at all but no big snow storms at least!

  5. Well you know what I think about Kalanchoe's after you introduced me to them! Although my two are looking a bit straggly now, but I am waiting for it to be warm enough for them to go outside, I think they will appreciate some time in the garden over the summer? Yours are of course beautiful! xx

  9. It was a chilly start to the day but the temperature warmed up this afternoon and the sun was out. I got outside, walked around, explored shrubs etc and found s one new growth and bulbs poking through the ground. I even set up the wooden chair on the front patio and created a little spring vignette on it.
