Just Another Day At The Very Windy & Wet Park.......

Today was spent with Miss V...

Before Lunch we headed up to the park...

Very soggy...

And Darn WINDY!!

Was it windy where you are???

Apparently the winds out at the cottage were packing a punch of 107km/hr...

I cannot even calculate that into MPH...

But it is darn windy!!

We will be heading out there tomorrow, so hopefully the old girl is still standing!!

As I write this post, Miss V is busying herself playing with her toys....sweet little thing♥️

I will be making her some spaghetti for dinner...

After she hits the sheets...which hopefully won't be TOO late...

Boyfriend and I will be enjoying some mouthwatering ribs, with onion soup potatoes...and a delicious fresh Greek Salad...

Hope you are all having a great day...

Enjoy your weekend...

Fingers crossed we get a sleepover at the cottage...

                     Cheers!  :o)

  1. 66.4867176 miles per hour exactly . . . . lol
    1 Kilometer per Hour = 0.621371192237334 Miles per Hour . . . . there.

Personally I do not like either variety of wind. haha
No it was a beautiful day here today. The sun shines in the righteous . . . lol
Glad you had a nice day with Miss V.
Peter and mum and dad came to see me tonight and they cooked a nice meal for us . . . wasn't that nice of them,
Feeling a little better but pain comes on spasms . . . will get there.
    Hope you manage a sleepover at the cottage . . . . :)
    Have a good evening and enjoy your ribs , , , :)

  3. Yes, windy! Tornadoes west of us but were just thunder and lightning storms when they reached us in the middle of the night.
Hope the cottage is free of snow and warm enough to stay!

  5. Sweet Miss V pics - I love her boots! Looks like her tush met a wet slide, but how fun to still play no matter the weather. Very windy and gloomy today. I felt like I was in a cave all day.
Onion soup potatoes? That sounds very tasty!
I really like the photo of the stones under the water. Reminds me when I used to splash about when I was a kid. I have a few large glass bowls at home with either stones or shells in them, filled with water. Sometimes I float tealights in them. I quite like the look.

  6. I see Miss V discovered the puddles at the bottom of the slide. It was wet and thundery and very windy here today. We did pick up a bag of perlite and peat moss so that I can add it to my veggie containers when it warms up a bit. Sure hope the visit to the cottage is nice. Sunday is supposed to be getting warm, warm, warm.

  16. The wind blew all night long. Those old maple trees in the front yard can make me just a little bit uneasy when the wind starts whipping. Other than old trees surrounding the house, I like the wind. 107 km = 66 mph. It's a big wind either way.
Love your little Minnie Mouse and her wet pants.
