This past weekend at the cottage...
My Forget-Me-Nots were putting on a fabulous show...
PINK....BLUE...and of course the White...all beautiful!!
I think that this weekend...there will be even more to enjoy...

I can make a small bouquet...💙
Do you have Forget-Me-Nots in your garden???
Don't you just love them???
Hope you are all having a great day...
A wee bit chilly here...a brisk wind...and plenty of clouds...
I hope tomorrow is warmer...my favorite visitor will be here...💚
enjoy the rest of your day...
Cheers! :o)

Beautiful little flowers. I used to have them but over the years they have vanished. It's a lovely day, chilly to start, and a bit breezy, but overall a nice day. I'll take more days like this :)
ReplyDeleteIt did get better as the day went on...we got a nice walk in!
DeleteBeautiful! My forget me knots in blue are everywhere!
ReplyDeleteFantastic year for them.
Yes...I have lots at home here too!
DeleteI need not ask who your favourite visitor is. She is about 3 feet tall and looks like you. xo
ReplyDeleteYou got it! ♥️
Deletethey are lovely!! such great photos, I know I say that all the time lol,,,,
ReplyDeleteI just picked some right now!

DeleteBeautiful Forget Me Nots . . .
ReplyDeleteI'll never forget you . . . :)
Hi Eddie...
DeleteHow can you? I am here almost every day! :o)
lol
DeleteLove 'em!
ReplyDeleteEverything's coming up roses!
Not..
But everything is surfacing ..emerging..and GREEN.
FMNs are Spring's Darlings here..♥
Springs Darlings for sure Monique!
DeleteLinda, there is something so special with a "blue" flower. Not as common as all the other spring colors. It always make me think "peace" and I sigh a little and just love seeing the delicate little petals. I made your coffee cake today, blackberries and lemon zest....best coffee cake ever...will add a little of my drizzle when it cools...Wish we could sit and share a piece and then take a stroll in your garden.....Hugs.
ReplyDeleteI do agree Wanda...and there are so few blue ones!
DeleteLove that cake...I have made it with blackberries too....delish!
You will be doing that with Martha very soon!
They are pretty , I dont have them yet hehe ! Hope the weather is warmer and sunnier for you and Miss V . Thanks for sharing , Have a good day !
ReplyDeleteNo forget me nots in your garden Elaine? I am surprised....
DeleteChilly here too . . . and rainy!
ReplyDeleteForget Me Nots are blooming here in great numbers.
I like them in the "wild flower free for all" areas . . .
Not so much where I have things planted and don't want Forget Me Nots mixed in.
I like that they just kinda fade away when they are done...
DeleteAll of my flower beds at the cottage are a free for all!
One of my favorites! Mine are all bright blue...can't believe you have pink and white ones! Kind of reminds me of hydrangeas and wonder if it has something to do with the soil. Lucky you!
ReplyDeleteNo idea Betsy....the soil at the cottage is pretty poor...so many tree roots!
DeleteI love all three colours! I should look that up!
I adore forget-me-nots, but have never seen them grown here, and it is probably too hot. However I did find a packet of seed, so you never know. I enjoy them so much at DDs place in Ottawa, carpets of them all over the garden, but not pink. Love the pink ones :)
ReplyDeleteThat would be great if you could grow them! Give it a try!
DeleteThey are so pretty aren't they!! I have never seen the white ones before. I wonder why some have yellow centres and some white. We have blue forgetmenots in our garden and I do like them!
ReplyDeleteI think that is just the angle of the photo Amy...I do believe the centres are all yellow...
DeleteI love them!!
Such a sweet sign of spring!
