Come Along To Busch Gardens......

While in Florida....

We did a day trip up to Busch Gardens....

We had been ages ago with our 3 kids...

But did not remember too much!!

The one thing we both remembered...though...

Were the crocodiles...

Who looked like they weren't real...

Until they moved....

And then you knew they were real!!!

And......REAL BIG!!!....

The Tortoises always make me smile...sunning themselves...

Covered in some kind of green slime....algae I guess...

This guy always makes me laugh as well!!!!

Hahaha...:o)

The Apes had a great outdoor play space...

With their own beautiful water-fall...

 We rode the train....

We rode the merry-Go-ROund...

We rode the SKy-Rider...

We watched the crazy people riding various roller-coasters....

We visited Africa....

Saw the Giraffes...

Elephants...

And Leopards...

We saw awesome birds....

Ducks....

Parrots....

And...

Whatever this guy is !!!!

We saw beautiful gardens...

This was a Middle East garden...

Plenty of cacti...

Love the "Mother-in-laws Tongue"...

HUGE !!!!

And rows and rows of Pansies...

Smelt Heavenly!!!

Found this flower shop near the exit......

Oh....there were some lovely specimens in there....

Hope you enjoyed the trip to Busch Gardens....

I might also add....that we had 2 draft beers...$11 !!!!!!!!!

Hope you all had a great day....

I know that some of you are buried in snow again....hang in there!!!!

We had a pretty mild day here....nothing much happening....

By the way....my house smells amazing....

I baked 2 lemon-banana-blueberry loaves...but I added some lemon zest, and butter milk instead of water....

AND......I got the Butter Milk Blueberry Breakfast Cake done as well...

Gonna freeze the two loaves....and gobble up the other!! hahaha...

On the menu tonight...

Pork schnitzel with sauteed mushrooms, green & red peppers and onions...

         Rice and Bok Choy...

Enjoy the rest of your day and evening.......

                       Cheers!   :o)

    1. It is pork...pounded thin...breaded [panko] and either pan fried or oven baked...most recipes call for a flour/egg dip then into crumbs...I eliminate that, as I find it very messy...I add sea salt, fresh ground pepper and parmesan cheese to the panko crumbs...tonight I pan fried....delish!!!! Sometimes I make a tomato/mushroom/gr pepper sauce to serve over it...more of a scaloppini sauce..just went with the veggies on the side tonight....I am surprised you have never heard of it...as you seem like a well-rounded cook...
