I stole out to the garden yesterday...
Between rain drops...
Need to get my outdoor/indoor plants ready to come in...
Although...it is going to be warmer this weekend...
Sun is out today...but still pretty windy and nipply...
Miss V is napping , after a big lunch...
Guess where we are going after she wakes up???
Ha ha ha....she made me promise we would go out on her "bike"...
Oh........... the things we have to do, eh???
Hope you are all having a great day...
Cheers! :o)

DeleteWhat gorgeous colour in your gardens! And look at those Kalanchoes blooming. Mine has gone to sleep but the leaves are still doing well. I'm hoping it might bloom again. Maybe I should fertilize it? It's started to rain here from the big storm that's going to sit over us for the next 5 days. The wind is gusty too. Going to be nasty. Enjoy your much deserved sunshine!
ReplyDeleteI see you are getting LOTS of rain.....we have had our share!
DeleteYes....fertilize him....I bought those Kalanchoe in June....still blooming!

You've still got lots of colour. The big poplar trees have lost althea leaves but the shrubs ... burning bush, wegelia, plum, ninebark are still in lovely colour.

Sleeping like a baby now♥️
Ready for Peter?
It was a very long day with Peter (11 hours) but he was a little poppet and through. . . .
DeleteHe was very vocal in his little buggy and almost singing (very loudly) and as happy as a sand boy !!
He waves to other babies and toddlers he passes in buggies. . . . . so sociable and so funny!! . . :)
Oh...that is a long day,Eddie...
DeleteHe sounds very much like his proud Papa!
Your garden still looks wonderful and bloomy! Love the colourful changing leaves. Hope your weekend shapes up to be a warm one and you one more stay at the cottage when it is warm out!
ReplyDeleteYes...I hope the weather holds....
DeleteSo many of your plants are unrecognizable to me, but utterly beautiful! Goodness, such color that you have. Is this at your cottage or home? You have a green thumb I so admire!

DeleteAll your garden shots are gorgeous Linda, and my favourite is the one of the vintage window (?) with the hooks on the bottom, and the vine so sweetly trailing across. Pretty as a picture. Hope you enjoyed playing bikes, he he
ReplyDeleteWe did Patricia!
DeleteMiss V never tires of it!
Best $1.50 I ever spent♥️
Make the most of Miss V whilst she is still at such a wonderful age, they grow up so quickly don't they?
ReplyDeleteI love the colours of autumn and your garden is a beautiful example of the array that is currently still with us.
I notice that the toes have now been put back to bed - is this until Florida?
They sure do! This age is so much fun!
DeleteFlipflops are still by the door! Not time for sleep yet! Hahaha!
Ahhhhhh...Florida♥️
You have reminded me that I need to take my own outdoor plants inside. I am not so concerned with frost but of them drowning. It gets so wet here!
ReplyDeleteSure....rub it in.....no frost!
ReplyDeleteVibrant photos - lush greenery... lovely. And I think Miss V has become a bike-a-holic! :-)
ReplyDeleteAh the all important bike that I never use ;) I met all of you had a great time.
