During my blog break...
I got a few crochet items finished...
This one was a big hit with Miss V...
Minnie Mouse is her favorite character right now...
She loved this hat so much...
She even wore it during lunch ♥️
She and her Mom visited yesterday...
We did some window Christmas stickers...
She really enjoyed that...
She liked this wee Snowman...
Last year she was scared of it...so this year I put it upstairs, and she seems pretty ok with it!
It was a gift years ago...and kinda hate to part with him...
He is sporting a $ store hat and booties...
Here is my tree all decked out...
Looks pretty good eh?
Drinking up water like crazy...
Miss V was with us today, as she is still running a wee fever...with a runny nose and a cough...
She loved the tree...
And...
In this picture...
She reminds my boyfriend and I of our daughter Lissa...same shape head and neckline...
Auntie Lissa will love this shot!♥️
So....Hope you all had a great day...
Our snow is almost all gone!
Temps have been high...and we have rain moving in for tomorrow...
A fresh new blanket of the white stuff would be nice before Christmas...
Have a few decorating photos to share....
Enjoy your evening...
Cheers! :o)

Wow, love, love your photos of Miss V., the snowman and your lovely tree. Fun seeing you at S. Common this morning. Enjoyed the downtown Toronto hustle and bustle this afternoon with a friend. But always nice to get home to quiet suburbia! :) Take care and hope to see you soon, LSK...
ReplyDeleteThe tree came out nice,eh?
DeleteDid we sweat enough? I think so! Hahaha!
See you soon.....
I've missed you and thought I was going to be so behind in your happenings. Love seeing Miss V as always! Love her haircut and I remember when my daughter was afraid of nutcrackers. Still is, I think! lol!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous tree and I love the picture of your lake cottage in December!
Merry Christmas, dear friend!
Jane xx
Hi Jane!

Merry Christmas to you too!
Oh goodness grascious, Linda. That first shot of Miss V nearly blew me away! She is so darn cute and yes, growing by leaps and bounds. Oh my, they really do grow way to fast.
ReplyDeleteThat hat is too much. I wouldn't dare show it to my daughter, who I think is going through a second childhood with every single thing in the house decorated with Mickey and Minnie for Christmas. My grandkids even think she went overboard, lol...Did you make up the pattern? It's pretty nifty, lol...
The house looks warm and festive. I just can't get over how adorable Miss V looks in that hat. Too cute:)
Thank you so much for sharing, Linda...So nice to "see" you back as chipper as ever:)
Too funny about your daughter!
DeleteCan't take credit for the pattern.....free on the internet....Mickey too!
Have a great Christmas ~~Louise~~......
Doesn't your tree look fabulous! The house looks lovely with all your decorating! So Christmasy! Miss V sure looks cute in her Minnie Mouse hat - so adorable!
ReplyDeleteOh Devon.....I will miss our annual Christmas get together.....
